Located on the first floor of Villa Elaia a refined complex with a private pool and garden it provides an exclusive atmosphere of tranquility. The apartment features a master bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The town center and the sea are just a short 500 meter walk away.

Equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and a fully furnished kitchen, it ensures maximum comfort. Additional amenities include bed linens, air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, a wall mounted hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, and a safe. Magnificent

We spent five weeks at Villa Elaia and enjoyed every minute. The property is Beautiful and the Village of Santa Maria a true gem. Hospitality and service very good. We would love to return.

A really relaxing holiday

Santa Maria de Castellabate is a medieval charming village with a pleasant central square and many beaches. There are many restaurants and cafe with delicious italian food. Our apartment Biancolilla was located not far from the square and sea in a charming villa with beautiful terrace with a view of the sea. The pool and apartment were very comfortable and clean. The owner, Alfonso, was very friendly, helpful and had very good english. We really enjoyed our stay and would have no hestitation in recommending it as a perfect holiday destination. Es war ein schöner Urlaub für unsere Familie. Wir haben den Pool und den anliegenden Sportplatz (Fußball und Tennis) genossen. Es war alles schön sauber und gepflegt. Der Ort war in den Ferien von Italienern besucht. Dadurch war es ziemlich trubelig, aber durch den Rückzugsort angenehm. Wir sind oft erst abends an den Strand, als es leerer wurde. Vor dem Haus verläuft die Straße. Wer sehr lärmempflindlich ist, muss das berücksichtigen.

Schöner Familien-Sommerurlaub

Die Villla Elaia hat einen super Standort, alles was man benötigt (Supermärkte, gute Restaurants, leckere Eisdielen, Strand..) zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Freundliche Vermieter/Mitarbeiter haben uns in Empfang genommen und uns die Anlage gezeigt. Die Wohnung sowie der Pool sind gepflegt und sauber. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa Elaia ist auf jeden Fall für Familienurlaube weiter zu empfehlen.

La proprietà è in una posizione eccellente, appena fuori Santa Maria e su una collinetta che da una vista splendida sul mare e qualche grado in più di frescura assolutamente gradito. L’ospitalità di Alfonso è squisita e il mitico Florin è un grande tuttofare è una persona gentilissima è sempre presente per qualsiasi esigenza Assolutamente raccomandato!!

Excellent stay

A beautiful property located just outside of town. Many things to do within walking distance. Quiet and clean house with beautiful grounds. I will recommend my friends to stay here.

Super Wohnung mit super Ausstattung!

Das Haus liegt hoch über dem Meer und war wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet! Der Pool und die ganze Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zufahrt mit dem PKW war sehr steil und sehr eng, mein Mann hat alles gemeistert. Der Weg zum Meer war auf dem Hinweg einfach, zurück sehr mühsam, weil nur bergsuf

Very good!

The property is very good taken care off. Both appartment and the garden/pool area is nice and clean. Its located in walking distance to a nice area with shops and beaches. Highly recommended place to stay.

Villa con panorama splendido e piscina

Noi siamo stato nell'appartamento Ortice all'interno di Villa Elaia con i nostri tre figli (10, 12, 14 anni) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento è arredato con stile, era in ordine e pulito. La vista dal terrazzo su tutto il golfo di Salerno è bellissima. I nostri figli in particolare hanno apprezzato anche tantissimo la piscina nel piccolo giardino gradevole. Le spiagge e i negozi di Santa Maria di Castellabate sono raggiungibili a piedi in 10-15 minuti. Per famiglie con bambini e forse importante sapere che comunque bisogna per accedere al centro del paese e alle spiagge superare la strada regionale, che in alcuni momenti è molto trafficata.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer

Wir waren 14 Tage dort, unsere Unterkunft hieß „Nocellara“. Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fand alles vor, was man benötigte. Der Balkon war sehr groß, von dort konnte man die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Alfonso verlief problemlos, er antwortete immer sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Auch sein Mitarbeiter war immer freundlich und hätte, wären Probleme aufgetreten, gerne geholfen. Insgesamt ist das Haus und die Anlage sehr sauber und ordentlich und unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen. Fußläufig ist der Sandstrand mit herrlich klarem Wasser zu erreichen.

It 'been a wonderful stay, as always for 10 years, now ... From the place, to the apartment, all the comforts necessary to live quiet, beautiful kitchenware ... hospitality and availability of the owner of the house, no stop, maximum hygiene, safety and accuracy in the details of the apartment. Panoramic view in the middle of the green olive trees with a blue sea in the background; the swimming pool is super cared for, hygienic beds every morning, check the pH of the water every day and every day they make a thorough cleaning of the pool. The garden that is inside the pool area is very well kept, I could go on for a long time but what more could I say ...? GO AND DEFINITELY BACK -ATTILIO- I apologize for the translation, mine is a low linguistic level.

Wonderful, relaxing Italian stay.

Friendly welcome even at 10pm! Lovely pool and shaded garden area. Apartment Ortice had a wonderful balcony view if the sea. Well equipped for self catering. Not noisy despite being near the main road. Very safe for children. Santa Maria di Castellabate 10 mins downhill away. A lovely, friendly seaside resort town . Would definitely book again!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage in toller Lage

bei der Villa Elai handelt es sich um eine kleine Ferienanlage mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Unsere Ferienwohnung war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sie war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Vom äußerst großzügigen Balkon im 1. Stock hatten wir einen phantastischen Blick auf die Bucht von Castellabate und bei klarem Wetter auf die Amalfiküste und die Insel Capri. Die Außenanlage der Villa Elai ist äußerst gepflegt. Sie verfügt über ein tollen Pool, von dem man direkt auf das Meer schauen kann. Es ist ferner ein kleiner, sehr gepflegter Garten mit Liegen, Bäumen (Schatten) etc. vorhanden. Die Innenstadt von Santa Maria di Castellabate ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, so dass man für einen Abendbummel, Brötchenholen, Baden an den Strandstränden getrost das Auto stehen lassen kann. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter Alfonso war völlig unproblematisch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

A lovely rustic retreat 5mins from Santa Maria Castellate

We stayed in two of the appartments in Villa Elaia. The first week we stayed in an upstairs apartment which have balcony views onto the Mediterranean Sea and if the weather is clear you can see the Amafi Coast. The apartment was spacious, clear and equipped with aircon, washing machine and fridge freezer. Having the view was great. Being able to watch the sunset was mesmerising. The second week we had a downstairs apartment at the back of the villa. No view of the med, instead a nice flag stone area outside which had multiple covered seating areas and a couple of wooden recliners to sunbath on. Inbuilt BBQ was a nice touch, but on this trip I never used it. The apartment was slightly larger that the upstairs one, larger bathroom and slightly larger main bedroom. Beds were firm and comfortable. With plenty of space to store clothes etc. The location of the villa is just off a main road which you cross to walk into Santa Maria Castellate. Which takes all of 5mins. 10mins and you are at the seafront and access to some rocky bathing areas as well as sandy areas which have parasols and sun beds to rent. The location of the villa is also close the old town on the hill of Castellabate, which can be accessed by car, has parking and great views looking down on to the coastline. Alponso and Florin both made us very welcome and comfortable. And answered any questions and made recommendations of where to go when we asked. The pool and garden area is well looked after and cleaned every day. Most people staying when we were there were families and very pleasant. There is parking just past the pool. Personally I loved the location. It was ideal and was away from the tourist masses. What was even more amazing that we saw maybe 1 other British couple in our entire visit in that area. We did a day trip to Positano which was easily accessed by driving or catching train from the nearby Agropoli to Salerno and catching a €12 ferry along the coast. The local town of San Marco 10min drive was also very picturesque and had lovely restaurants. Whilst there were no British all the Italians made us feel very welcome. Love Italia, Love Southern Italia. Rustique and rural. Love the villa. Thanks Alphonso and Florin.

A lovely, relaxing Italian aprtment

Easy to find. Friendly welcome on arrival. Well kept grounds and pool area. Views from Ortice apartment balcony of sunset in the Mediterranean were awesome. Short walk to Santa Maria village centre. Lots of decent, tourist restaurants. We ( 2 adults and 3 children ages 7,8 and 8) will be back!!

Eine schöne Zeit!

Tolle Urlaub in schöner Umgebung. Die oft angesprochene laute Landesstraße hat uns eher weniger gestört. Flori war immer präsent und hat schnellstmöglich kleinere Mängel behoben. Unsere FeWo Ortice ist sehr schön. Wünschenswert wäre aber eine bessere Ausstattung der Küche (mehr Geschirr wie Teller und Müslischalen,da man keinen Geschirrspüler hat und dadurch gefüllt ständig abwäscht. Der Blick von unserer Terrasse ist einmalig,nur darf der große Baum auch nicht mehr höher werden,dann sieht man das Meer nicht mehr.😃 Ansonsten rundum eine tolle Zeit!

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekter Standort, Pool fantastisch

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft. Der Standort war super, in kurzer Distanz zum Ort und zum Strand. Der Pool war toll, gut gepflegt. Flo als Hausmeister hat sich stets um alles gekümmert und war immer da für Fragen. Der Balkon rund um die Wohnung bot eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir haben ihn viel und gerne genutzt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank.

Very good villa

We stayed in the apartment Biancolilla for 1 week. Fantastic views, especially the evening sunsets. Villa good - it was clean, and had all the things we needed, and owner is helpful and pleasant. Awnings over balcony help keep the sun off during the hot days, whilst the air con is great and has separate units for the living area and the 2 bedrooms. Surrounding area is quite quiet compared to the more tourist focussed Italian resorts. Supermarket a short drive away, or plenty of small shops in town. Note that the walk to/from the town is quite steep and can be hard work coming back from the beach when its very hot (we had mid- to high-30s every day). We had a great time here.

Great location and beautiful garden and pool

We ( 2 adults and children aged 5 and 7) enjoyed our stay at Villa Elaia very much. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and the view is beautiful. The owner and the staff working at the villa is very helpful. Santa Maria di Castellabate is just within five minutes walking distance and has about everything you need (good restaurants and cafes, shops for cheese, meat, fish etc). So we were all very happy with our holiday and would defenetely go again!

Wonferful

Villa Elaia is nice and "safe" place to be with your kids. Apartments are wonderful and it is a huge extra that you have gate with lock to your apartment as well as to the pool area, kids can't get lost :). Property was clean and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

soggiorno fantastico

E' stata una settimana fantastica e di assoluto riposo. Villa Elaia è una proprietà tenuta veramente bene, l'appartamento in cui ho soggiornato era molto curato in ogni dettaglio e pulitissimo. Accoglienza ottima ed il piacere di trovare appena arrivati tutte quelle piccole cose che non ti fanno correre subito al supermercato: sapone, carta igienica, scottex, detersivi, olio, zucchero, sale, acqua fresca e il necessario per la prima colazione. Ho sempre preso appartamenti per i miei viaggi e posso dire che non sempre tutto ciò è scontato. La casa è ben arredata ed anche il giardino privato che ogni appartamento al piano terra possiede. Inoltre c'è una spazio comune con giardino e piscina che sono un piccolo gioiello: tutto pulito e pieno di piante e fiori. Che dire? Grazie al proprietario per la cura e la passione che mette in questa attività e al personale addetto alle pulizie ed alla manutenzione (Florin e compagna) veramente attenti ad ogni necessità. Tornerò senz'altro e spero per più tempo perchè ho finalmente trovato in un solo luogo un mare splendido, paesi magnifici, buon mangiare ed un alloggio fantastico!

Entspannung pur

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in S.M.di Castellabate. Ein zauberhaftes Städtchen und prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Ferienwohnungen liegen etwas überhalb des Ortzentrums, aber alles (Geschäfte, Restaurantes und Strand) sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die nahe Hauptstraße. In der Nebensaison jedoch nicht mehr so stark befahren. Dafür hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge.
