Impresionantes, vistas despejadas del Golfo! Balcón masivo! Penthouse Condo!

We are thrilled you had a great stay at Mediterranea Penthouse, and we would love to host you again sometime. Thank you for choosing 360 Blue!

Thank you for reviewing your stay at Mediterranea Penthouse. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your feedback. Setting temperatures below 70°F forces the air conditioner to run continuously. In high-humidity coastal environments, such as the Emerald Coast, this constant operation can drop coil temperatures below freezing, turning moisture into solid ice and blocking airflow entirely. It was a pleasure having you as our guests, and we hope you can enjoy the beach with us again soon!

We are beyond delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your time at this amazing home for your beach getaway! We appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the mattress and we are happy to say that the homeowner has begun looking into changing that out soon. Also, in regards to linens, all of our homes are apart of the "Clean Linen Project" so we are sorry you dealt with sandy sheets! In the future, please let us know of any situation and we will be happy to address that quickly. As for the dryer, thanks to your review, we have since corrected that and everything is working perfectly. Thank you again for your feedback and for the wonderful photo you attached! It really shows the beautiful view in store for our guests! Thank you for staying with 360 Blue, we hope to see you again soon!

Hi, Sarah. Thank you for taking the time to share your Miramar Beach experience. We apologize for the GFI being tripped and are pleased our maintenance tech resolved that issue quickly during your stay. We also appreciate your patience as we worked with the Mediterranea Home Owners Association to have the damaged material removed from the balcony. Since it was an issue with the actual building, the repair had to go through the HOA. They coordinated this repair with a specialist from their team as quickly as possible. Even though it took a few days to get them out to remove the damaged piece, we hope you all still enjoyed the large balcony area and did not let the small damaged area on the outer perimeter of the balcony ruin your stay. Palmetto bugs are prevalent in this area during our hottest and most humid months, so it is very likely to see them during our peak of summer humidity in July. We really hope you enjoyed quality time on the Emerald Coast despite these setbacks and hope to provide you with a smoother beach getaway soon.
