Part of a large estate with three independent farmhouses, Villa Polissena is a country villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is situated in the hills of Umbria, making it perfect for nature lovers and those wanting to explore Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Gubbio, and Spoleto. The town of Deruta, known for its ceramics, and the village of Monte Castello di Vibio, home to the world's smallest theatre, are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Guests can take advantage of the wellness centre, cooking classes, bike rentals and organized tours (on request).

Villa Polissena (300 sqm) develops over two floors plus an attic room.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room (with a fireplace, comfortable sofa, and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a dining table and chairs). In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with a bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find a second kitchen (with a dining table and chairs) and three double bedrooms (with double beds) with bathrooms (with shower).

You will also find a large loft room (with two single beds) and a relaxation area (with sofas and chair).

Outside, there is a well-kept garden which features a private swimming pool (7 m x 14 m) with counter current swimming system, a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and two shady dining areas (with tables and chairs). On the grounds, you will also find a wellness centre with a spa, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, and gym (shared with guests of the other two farmhouses). Each farmhouse has pre-assigned times for guests to use the spa, ensuring privacy.
