Rosa, is a two-story farmhouse plus tower, which has 4 double bedrooms, an independent suite and 6 bathrooms (5 of these have all the shower, while one is an half bathroom).

It has also a spacious kitchen and a living room, a pool (6×12 mt), a porch, a veranda and a garden with barbecue and a wood oven.

Furthermore the complex is equipped with a Wellness Center available exclusively to guests.

The villa has: heated whirlpool, sauna, turkish bath, massage chair, treadmill, spinning bicycles, rowing machine, step, universal weight machines.

Most important: there is private parking space.
