Located on the main street in the centre of Alvor, close to the beach and river, this charming Townhouse has a beautiful terrace with a sea & river view.

It has two double bedrooms with balconies overlooking Alvor's beach and a private bathroom on each floor. The house features accommodations such as free WiFi, air-conditioning and a coffee machine.

The terrace is the perfect place for a morning breakfast, a romantic dinner or stargazing.

Great location in lovely village

Lovely property tucked away whilst in the centre of Alvor. Amazing roof top terrace with spectacular views. Five minute walk to the beach and restaurants and bars to suit every taste. The house decorated simply but to a very high standard. The welcome basket was lovely and the host was very responsive e.g we asked for extra pillows and they appeared the next day - great service.

Lovely property literally on the bottom of bar street. Equipped with everything you’ll need on holiday for a week or two.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay in the property. It was exactly as advertised, clean modern and functional. The highlight being the views from the roof terrace. Located at the bottom of “bar” street set back between a couple of restaurant/bars which was good access to the harbour as well as the many good restaurants close by. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and must thank Alberto who was always at hand for our needs.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful town house. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was ideal for the four of us, 2 couples, having our own space. The roof top terrace was used every morning for breakfast and evening drinks. The sun was on the terrace from morning until the sunset, with fantastic views. The welcome basket was perfect and greatly appreciated. We used the basket to carry our breakfast items to the terrace, very useful as there are a few steps to climb.Communication with Isaac was flawless, he messaged promptly through out and met us when we arrived with a warm welcome.As the house is very central there was a little noise some nights but it wasn’t a problem. We would all be more than happy to stay again.

Beautiful!

Stunning views from the top balcony. The location is great of you are not driving everything is there all different holes of restaurants shops etc. The townhome is just as pictured if it better. All updated appliances it was very clean. Isaac was so great and super helpful. He met us at the townhome when we arrived to give the keys. I loved it here I would definitely stay at this house again and Alvor is beautiful as well.

Fantastic

We were met at the Townhouse by Isaac and were blown away by the welcome and the property. A welcome hamper of goodies meant we did not have to rush of to a supermarket for supplies. Communication throughout our stay was fantastic with Isaac checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The roof terrace was just fantastic offering the best view in Alvor. 5 stars all the way for this Townhouse. supplies

An incredible home & stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home and couldn't wait to get back after a day out, to relax on the stunning roof terrace and to soak up the incredible views! We really appreciated the welcome basket on arrival and the support from Issac to find the property. Due to the amount of stairs (it is a town house and we were expecting them) this property would not be suitable for everyone, but we would certainly love to return and would recommend this home in a heartbeat. Due to its layout and overall location, this property is perfect for two couples vacationing together. We loved being able to wander outside when it was time to eat to choose from all the restaurants in the vicinity and local shops. Being able to stroll to the beach in less than minutes was ideal and we hardly used our car. A perfect stay.

Emplacement de rêve

Izaac a été d'un accueil chaleureux plutôt hors norme. Disponible à l'instant de notre arrivée avec des cadeaux de bienvenue, c'était fantastique. La maison super bien située dans la rue la plus vivante d'Alvor et cette vue exceptionnelle depuis le toit nous a fait passé un séjour vraiment parfait. Le plus dur est de choisir le restaurant pour le soir, il y a tellement de choix ;-) ! On revient dès que l'on peut c'est certain.
