Villa Alvor Praia fue diseñada como una segunda casa para sus propietarios. Esta totalmente equipado. Cuenta con un pequeño jardín / barbacoa y una terraza en el 3er piso con buenas vistas al mar. Con 2 habitaciones dobles y 1 habitación doble en el segundo piso, la Villa tiene capacidad para 6 personas (no es accesible para sillas de ruedas, ya que los dormitorios están subiendo las escaleras). La villa se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa y del centro de Alvor. Alvor es un tranquilo pueblo de pescadores junto a Alvor Ria con todas las comodidades, una larga playa de arena, senderos pintorescos a lo largo del río y muchas actividades acuáticas, excursiones de un día y restaurantes en los alrededores.

Lovely Villa

We were very impressed with this lovely villa. It is really well equipped with very comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen has everything that you need and the outside areas are excellent, especially the lovely roof terrace. It is an easy stroll into the centre of Alvor with a good selection of lovely restaurants and bars. We would throughly recommend this villa.

Absolutely perfect!

This property is perfect to discover and enjoy the relaxing and beautiful city of Alvor, especially for large family like ours. The property is at a walking distance from every thing (beaches, restaurants, supermarkets). We enjoyed his top terrace, beautiful garden, great BBQ and kitchen. This house has everything you need, even a grocery bag on wheels to get your groceries by walking! The property is also beautifully decorated with objects of art and other souvenirs/ crafts from around the world. Thank you Isabel for assisting and making our stay a memorable one.

Fabulous Alvor vacation

The house is fabulous - very spacious with lots of options for lounging and sharing meals, including the sunny rooftop terrace (with a view of the ocean), terraces off each bedroom, and both the front and back yards. It’s extremely well-stocked, with every kitchen item you might need and comfy beds. Isabel was extremely helpful and full of tips for restaurants and excursions.

Fantastic place to stay Alvor is a beautiful location. The Villa is ideal in every way. Can not find the words to express how much we enjoyed are stay. It has everything to make for a perfect relaxing holiday just a short walk to the harbour and beach also the bars and restaurants are minutes walk.

Fabulous Alvor

Just back from 10 days in this beautiful villa right in the centre of Alvor. The location is perfect for the beach and the town and is so well equipped with everything you need. We were very impressed with the new pergola and outdoor furniture on the rooftop terrace and made good use of it during our stay. This is the 3rd time we have been fortunate to stay in this fantastic villa and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. Thank you so much Pedro and Isobel for sharing it with us.

Beautiful house

his is a beautiful house, especially the rooftop patio area, which we used everyday. It is completely stocked with all items that you will need for your stay. It has great air conditioning to keep you cool when very hot outside.It is spotlessly clean inside and outside and gardens are well kept. Washing machine and dishwasher fabulous to have to make the stay easy. Just a small walk no more than 10 minutes to the beautiful beach and lovely Alvor town with loads of nice restaurants nearby. I thoroughly recommend this house for a lovely holiday. We will definitely return.

Alvor week escape

The villa was a really good size, rooms bigger than expected, with everything you need for a week from home. We enjoy the location of Alvor for walking nd birdwatching, and was close to the town for eating out in the evenings. It was colder for November and did find the house a little cold upstairs, having to use the real fire downstairs on a few evenings. The outside areas are spacious prticularly the roof terrace with good views, but again maybe limited use on the colder, wet November days. The stairs to the roof terrace would benefit from hand rails, particularly after the rain, the stairs were very slippy. A great family sized villa in a less tourist area (which is what we like) but with a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket all in easy walking distance.

We had a great stay at this property. Isabel was extremely easy to deal with and very efficient replying when we contacted her. The house is in a great location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The property is even better than the photos show it. It's very spacious with everything you need. It's got a great sun terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds. We will definitely return to this house.

The house was fantastic, with a good location to the beach and village. We really enjoy to stay in this property, instead of living on a Hotel. The communication with the house managers worked very well and they are very helpful.

Excelente Semana em Alvor!

Passamos uma excelente semana em Alvor nesta casa lindíssima. Tudo o que estava nas fotos era igual à realidade e muito mais! Divisões espaçosas e a parte da cozinha está super bem equipada com todos os utensílios que precisamos. A localização é excelente pois está muito perto da praia e do centro de Alvor. A comunicação com o proprietário também foi sempre excelente e toda a informação de check-in e check-out foi entregue com todo o detalhe e rigor. Será, certamente, uma viagem a repetir! :)

A very nice week in Alvor

We have enjoyed our stay in Alvor, Pedro's house has been a success factor for sure. The house is large and 6 persons have plenty of room. The house is well equipped and has a very nice exterior with the backyard terrasse and the top of house terrace. Everything is within walking distance we recommend it and will be coming back again.

Brilliant!

We had a fantastic time staying in Alvor. The villa is great for families (we had a 1 year old and a 3 year old) and was really well kitted out with a travel cot, high chair, plastic bowls etc. There isn’t a stair gate, but everything else is child friendly. The villa is really nicely furnished and has all the essentials you may need - hand wash, toilet rolls, towels, bedding etc. I was also really impressed with the help from the contacts beforehand with some questions I had. The location is great - nice and quiet, but only approx five mins from the marina/restaurants, five mins from the beach and only a few mins from a big Intermarche, which is open until 9pm each day. I can highly recommend staying here - a great experience!

Lovely house is a great location

This is a lovely property, and the owner's personal touches (artwork etc) make it a really nice place to stay. The groundfloor consists of sitting room, dining room, kitchen and WC. The shady backyard has a table and chairs for eating outside, sink, barbeque and washing machine. The first floor has three bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and a master bathroom. All the bedroom have balconies. There is also a roof terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers. We went over Christmas and New Year, which is a lovely time of year in the Algarve - day time temperatures of around 18C, with full sun on most days, make it great for trips to beaches, local towns and villages, and the Lagos zoo. The property is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, saltmarsh board walk, harbour and town centre. The local supermarket is open year round and caters well for British visitors. Alvor is a popular destination for Portugese visitors over Christmas and New Year, so many local shops and restaurants are open, even on the public holidays. On New Year's eve, everyone congregates at the harbour for music and fireworks at midnight, and the friendly atmosphere is great for families. We've stayed in several towns in the Algarve during the winter, and this is our favourite, as it's beautiful, peaceful, and feels like a real town rather than a holiday resort. One issue with the house that's worth mentioning is that the wifi doesn't stretch to the first floor, so people wanting to watch videos at bedtime needed to download something or use their 3G data. The English language TV channels include various international news channels and BBC entertainment, and sometimes you come across English films/shows on the other channels with Portugese subtitles. The downstairs TV is internet connected and has Netflix, so you can login to your own account. The TV in the master bedroom is not internet connected but has the regular channels.

Perfect stay. Second time.

We had a great time in Alvor again. It was our second stay at this villa and we have already made plans to return in April. That says it all. Ideally located between the city and the beach. Booking and communication were again very straightforward and professional.

Great Villa with sea view

Just back from staying two weeks in this fantastic villa.It's good to have different terraces to sit and enjoy the views and relax. The villa is in a perfect location just a short walk to the town and the beach. Isabel and Pedro were fast to respond to any questions. The villa itself was very clean and everything you could ask for was there. Would definitely recommend this villa to anybody that is going to be staying in Alvor. We hope to return to Alvor sometime in the future and will be booking this villa if it's available.

Nice house with a brilliant location

We spent 3 weeks in this very nice property in Alvor. The house is situated close to the beach, a five minutes walk, and the same distance from the city centre with good restaurants, shopping and supermarket. Especially the fish restaurant “O arco da velha” is recommended, we went twice and we were not dissapointed, but remember reservations. The kitchen in the house is well-equipped with all you need. There is a nice outside area with outdoor kitchen and a barbecue. All rooms has aircondition and are spacious. The clue of the house is the roof top terrace with a sea view. Alvor is very well situated both for the beach but also for tours in the surroundings. We visited both the west coast and also nearby larger cities, Lagos and Portimao. Portimao is best for Shopping, but do the cave boat trip from Lagos by small boat, the actially sail into the caves. We also visited Aqualand water park, also a good experience, buy tickets online the day before, we got a 50% discount. All comminication with the owners went smooth and everyting worked out as agrees. All in all this property and area is highly recommended.

Fantastic House

This was our 3rd stay with a 4th booked for next year. The house is absolutely perfect with a wonderful roof terrace for all day sun. Separate garden section at the back offers a bit of a break to chill out. Close to the numerous restaurants which is always a highlight of Alvor and minutes from the beach and Boardwalk

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property was constructed directly by us and decorated as a summer villa to be used by the family.
We love Alvor because it still retains the charm of an old fishing port but has all modern amenities. The place is extremely beautiful with a very large sandy beach and close to the best spots in Algarve.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The villa has a fantastic roof terrace with great sea views and a pergola has been recently added for further comfort. Air conditioning, wifi, parking, cable tv and weekly cleaning service are all included. Location is excellent, in the words of our previous guests!
