Gîte Les Highlands à Les Tailles - Houffalize

Welcome to "Les Highlands" gîte located in Les Tailles, a small Ardennes village in the commune of Houffalize.

Ideal for 13 people and 1 baby, this old farmhouse has been totally renovated and combines modernity and authenticity with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Bar, kicker, garden, barbecue, petanque ground, this gîte is perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends.

Please note that a flat rate for utilities (water, electricity and heating) of 45€ per night is payable on site. It is also necessary to bring bed linen and bath towels.

DESCRIPTION :

Ground floor:
- a living room with a lounge, television (belgacom tv) and a wood fire
- a dining room
- a bar with kicker
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster
- a toilet
- a hall with washing machine and dryer

On the 1st floor :
- 2 bedrooms with double bed (1m60) and private bathroom with shower and sink and toilet
- 1 bedroom with double bed (1m60) and baby bed
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds
- 1 bathroom with shower, double sink, bath, changing table
- 1 separate toilet

On the second floor :
- 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

Outside, enjoy a beautiful garden with terrace, barbecue, petanque area and a covered shelter with a large table and 2 benches. This space can also be used to store bicycles.

The village of Les Tailles is perfectly situated, close to Houffalize, La Baraque de Fraiture, La Roche-en-Ardenne and Bastogne. Les Tailles is the point of many walks and also an ideal place to listen to the bellowing of the stag.

Houffalize is known as the capital of mountain biking. It has hosted the mountain bike world cup several times and still organises the Roc d'Ardenne every year.

La Roche-en-Ardenne is known for its feudal castle.
