Villa Michela with private pool, in Le Marche hills, just 25 km from the Adriatic coast

Villa Michela is located in a hilly position near Barchi, in the province of Pesaro Urbino, in the north of Le Marche region.
From the villa you can easily reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast in about 30 minutes by car. There are many equipped beaches in Marotta, Fano and Senigallia.
Exploring the hinterland of the Marche region, you can visit some of the many historic villages such as Mondavio, Pergola and Gradara. The latter is particularly famous for its castle, which was the site of an ancient love story told by Dante Alighieri in the Divine Comedy.
Among the places to visit in the area there are also Pesaro, with its 'Palla di Pomodoro' (Sculpture created by artist Arnoldo Pomodoro), the Conero Riviera, with Sirolo and Numana located in the heart of the Conero Natural Park, and Urbino, a Renaissance city that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In the area, it is possible to organise a visit to the Frasassi Caves, a picnic at the “Gola del Furlo” or a walk in the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park.
The villa is located in the countryside of Le Marche, from the villa you can enjoy a wonderful view of the cultivated vineyards.
The infinity pool overlooks the beautiful landscape of the surrounding countryside. The pool area is paved and equipped with sun loungers, ideal for enjoying moments of absolute relaxation.
Outside the villa there is a garden with palm trees and a table in the shade of the plants that adorn the garden of the villa, for outdoor dining and to enjoy aperitifs and moments of relaxation with friends.
Villa Michela is a spacious villa in the Marche countryside that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The property has recently been carefully renovated by the owners. The interior is characterised by the wooden beams of the ceilings. The furnishings feature unique pieces selected by the owner on his travels.
The villa is arranged on two floors and the rooms are spacious and cosy.
The ground floor consists of:
- an elegant living room with sofa and armchairs. The room is very bright thanks to the large French windows overlooking the garden and the pool;
- a spacious and modern kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and dining table;
- a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower suitable for the disabled.
The first floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase, consists of:
- a relaxation area with sofa, table and refrigerator;
- a large, bright double bedroom with balcony. Inside the room there are also a bathtub and a sink;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (190x80 cm) with balcony;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (cm 170x80) with private bathroom with shower;
- a double bedroom;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a half bathroom;
- a bathroom with double sink and shower.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change. Pets are not allowed.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00

Check-In: from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 09.30 a.m.
