Villa Perondi is an elegant villa located in Lido di Camaiore, along the Versilia coast, just 500 meters from the beach.

Surrounded by a private fenced garden with several plants, the property boasts a gazebo with dining table for 8 people and barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills after a day at the beach.

Among the outdoor spaces there is also a lounge area and a private parking space.



Internal Description



Elegantly furnished, Villa Perondi spread over one single level, on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Air conditioning is available only in the living room. Pets are not allowed.



You are welcomed by a lovely open-space living area, furnished with sofa, tv and dining table for 8 people. Following is a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, breakfast table, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. From the the kitchen you can directly access the back of the garden where stands the gazebo with dining table and barbecue.

Along the wide corridor you will find the sleeping area, made up of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin), all equipped with tv and wardrobe.

Lastly there are 3 bathrooms with shower (including one with a washing machine).

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
