The property is located above a famous pastry shop / bar and enjoys large and welcoming spaces. In the living area, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher also has a door to go outside onto a large terrace connected to the bedroom. The living area is complete with a sofa bed with a workstation for smart working. The sleeping area is divided by a hallway that gives access to the bathroom, the closet and the double bedroom complete with a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom with window has a shower.
