The high-quality design and furnishings offer charm and comfort. You can relax with a movie on the 65-inch TV screen, while unlimited and free Wi-Fi is accessible from all rooms and the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. Guests can enjoy 6 indoor seats, plus 6 outdoor seats on the veranda. The sleeping area comprises: • Master bedroom with a 160x190 bed • Bedroom with a queen-size bed 160 x 200 • A comfortable sofa bed for the 5th guest • 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The artistic garden on two levels hosts dozens of tree species and the Jacuzzi tub, equipped with both heating and hydro massage. There's also a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Air conditioning cold & hot is available in both bedrooms and the living room. All French doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets to allow ventilation of the rooms. Spaces not accessible to guests: the outdoor tool shed, half of the wardrobes, and the chests in the living room. A private parking spot and free street parking are available

THE AREA: We are located on Via del Monte, a no-traffic road where only residents pass, at the southwest border of Villasimius town center. Inside a mini-condominium consisting of 4 newly constructed units, it stands at the border of the inhabited area, yet it's just 300 meters away from the historic center and all amenities, easily reachable with a short walk. This property gives the feeling of being far from the town as it borders on two sides with unspoiled Mediterranean scrubland. Within about a 5-6 minute walk, you can access: supermarkets - bars - restaurants and pizzerias - lounge bars - bakeries - banks and pharmacies. The beautiful beaches of Villasimius are easily accessible by a short car ride or through the shuttle bus service. While not essential at this location, having a car is still recommended during your vacation.
