The ground floor apartment is perfectly located within a gated development of just six properties. Incredibly peaceful yet on the outskirts of town. There are two parking spaces available and a large communal garden to enjoy. The large master bedroom is a particular feature with a huge open fireplace, high ornate ceilings, walk in dressing room and en suite with jacuzzi bath.
The apartment has a lovely stylish and luxurious feel full of period features. It is perfect for couples and families.

The apartment is a Georgian conversion full of period features yet in a clean and modern style. The master bedroom features a king size bed, huge open fireplace, tall windows and seating area to enjoy a morning coffee. There is also a walk in dressing room which leads to an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
The second bedroom is a large double with two single beds. There is a separate shower room and lounge kitchen diner with high ornate ceilings, 2 x 2 seater sofas and a 43 inch smart tv. Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Music / Video.
It is a lovely peaceful space to enjoy with all the home comforts you would need.

It has an exclusive and luxurious feel, peaceful yet close to all of the amenities of North Walsham town and just a few miles from the coast and norfolk broads. I love this apartment as it is bright, spacious, modern yet with an abundance of period features such as large sash windows and high ceilings.
