The house is only a short walk away from the main daily necessities such as the bus stop (7 m), Grill bar Campo restaurant (150 m), Studenac market (550 m), and Kanalić beach (1 km).
Next to the house, there is a sports center with a football field. The tennis courts are only 500 m from the accommodation.
The favorable location of this villa offers you the possibility of a quiet relaxing holiday, but also exploring the old towns of Pula, Fažana, and Rovinj. Pula is only a short drive (10 minutes) away from the accommodation. Traditional Mediterranean places like Fažana (3 km) are ideal for experiencing the Mediterranean as it once was.
The idyllic town of Rovinj (34 km) is perfect for long walks along the waterfront and the old town.
Adventurous people can try the go-kart track Green Garden (7 km) wakeboarding at Valovine beach in Pula (8 km) or pay a visit to Glavani adventure park (21 km).
