Villa "La Lecceta", in the splendid Costa Paradiso area with 24 hour surveillance.
The villa is immersed in the greenery of a private forest of holm oaks and myrtle, designed and built with total respect for the environment.
You will relax enjoying nature and the surrounding rocks present inside the property and taking advantage of the large outdoor spaces under a large equipped patio or lie down on the sunbeds and deckchairs of the solarium watching the sunset over the sea.
Tranquility and privacy are guaranteed by the vegetation of the completely fenced private forest.
Large internal living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen; sleeping area with 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and 1 with a sofa bed for 2, both with air conditioning. Large bathroom with shower and dressing room.
The bedroom windows have an enchanting view of the sea and the thick forest. The property is fenced and has internal car parking available to guests, you will also appreciate the considerable distance from other residences in the surrounding area, which allows you to enjoy maximum silence.
Wifi present for internet connection.
You have all the services of the area nearby and an unforgettable sea.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Costa Paradiso

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Um das Haus befindet sich eiin sehr großes Grundstück, komplett eingezäunt und hinter dem Haus hat man den Blick auf die Berge. Der Garten ist sehr dicht bewachsen mit vielen Sträuchern und Bäumen, so dass man ganz ungestört draußen sitzen kann und keine Nachbarn sieht. Das Haus ist recht einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider gibt es kein W-LAN. Die Elektrik ist etwas abenteuerlich, teilweise kommen die Steckdosen aus der Wand. Das müsste mal erneuert werden. Es gibt eine riesige Terrasse mit einem großen Tisch und Liegestühlen. Außerdem gibt es einen Grillplatz. Aber das beste ist die Dachterrasse auf der man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge ansehen kann und von da oben hat man auch den Meerblick. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen!
