Modern 1 Bed Seafront Apt Los Boliches

This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment that has been refurbished to a very high standard in 2023 set in a gated community of Ronda IV directly on the seafront of Los Boliches. The apartment is a self contained with lounge, kitchen area, with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher sandwich maker , bedroom, bathroom with shower, and balcony overlooking the communal pool. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests. Free fast spped wifi, Tv's in both the lounge and bedroom with over 90 channels for you to choose from. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom.

The communal swimming pool is open from 15th May until middle of October from 10.00 - 21.00 and a lifeguard is on duty.

A walk out of the complex leads you to the beautiful sandy beaches of Los Boliches where there is a selection of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy which are open all year.. Everything you need on your doorstep. Ideal for families, couples, friends to enjoy - Car is not necessary. Walking distance to bus and train stations leading you in either direction up and down the beautiful Costa Del Sol.

Perfect apartment

Excellent apartment. We’ve stayed in los boliches a few times, great location, perfect for beach. Apartment was lovely and modern. Really liked how it was stocked with washing tablets etc, a really nice touch which made it feel homely. Our only issue was the really soft bed, but that is our personal preference, we prefer a firm bed. Our 7 year old loved the sofa bed. Pool area is clean and tidy. Will be looking to book again for sure.

Another Great Stay

Our 2nd time at this apartment, and congratulations to all involved in maintaining the high standard. Clean, bright, modern and comfortable. Beach, bars restaurants etc all close by, and a handy little supermarket across the road. Pool monitored by an attentive lifeguard.Thanks again to the office staff who helped me clean up after an accident with an escooter on the way to pick up the keys

Los Boliches Dream Home

A very well refurbished 1 bed apartment in which modern furniture matches the interior. A feeling of spaciousness. The kitchen and bathroom feature modern equipment and there is a roomy walk-in shower. The sunny terrace overlooks the inviting pool which at the time of our visit was still sunlit for most of the day. The complex exit is on the beachfront, with a cafe one side and a supermarket the other. A pharmacy, bus routes and train station are a short walk. A most enjoyable stay and we hope to return next year. Thanks are also due to Agent's staff for their help and advice.
