With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The rooms are spacious and airy, with high-quality double beds to ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare healthy meals.

The place was well suited for couples trip. The two full bathrooms and good size bedrooms with nice air conditioning was great. The small patio with the view was the cherry on top. The location was perfect. There were zero hotel rooms available during our stay with this kind of access to all Lisbon has to offer. The only challenge was the climb up the hill to the address and then the stairs. Probably not well suited for anyone with physical limitations.

We really liked the location of the property. The beds were really comfortable and the place itself was very quaint. It had everything you needed for a short stay. The property manager met us upon arrival, showed us around, and explained things in detail. He also gave us some good recommendations of things to do. The overall cleanliness was good however, the condition of some of the furnishings required some repair, and were not suitable for heavier or larger people.

The apartment was very comfortable with nice living space and kitchen. Bathrooms were “full” size and well equipped with body wash and shampoo. Bedrooms were good though the small one didn’t have room for a wardrobe. Location is close to train station and funicular. Very good restaurant (Solar 31) just up the street as well as small shop for coffee and pastries. Only negative is that the entrance to the apartment looks bad. The number is missing (so we went past it multiple times thinking we must have the wrong address) and there are trash receptacles right outside the door. Not very inviting but once you get beyond that, the apartment is very good. Also, the check in process was very easy. Filipa took the time to make sure we understood everything and that we were comfortable.

Perfect stay with a view

Stayed here with a friend in May and had a wonderful time. The location is terrific — we could walk everywhere! Communication was excellent throughout. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine or morning coffee, soaking in the view. The only downside was a slight musty smell at first, but it cleared up quickly once we opened the windows. Highly recommended!

Great Location, Beautiful City Views, Clean, Top-Floor Apartment

The apartment was clean and well-laid out, with a nice, equipped kitchen and terrific balcony. One bath has a large shower. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms could be closed off to outside light and street noise. The living room furniture was not overly comfortable but was fine for our short use of them. GAL was easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Very Good Location

If you have trouble with climbing steep, cobblestone roads and 3 flights of stairs, don't book this place. This is not the fault of the owner, it's just a heads up about the location. The entrance doorway is a bit dirty with garbage cans at the door. Felt like a back alley. The 3 flights of stairs were very treacherous, especially with our luggage. Once inside the rooms were nice. One small room with no storage, the other was bigger with storage and closet space. Bathrooms were modern but had not much area for toiletries. Shower stalls (tiles and curtain) need major bleach clean-up. Living area and kitchen were very nice. Balcony/porch was fantastic. We spent all of our relax time outside on the porch overlooking much of the city. All in all this was great except for the steep road and stairs and bathroom cleanliness. Lisbon is very, very busy but has everything you need and great restaurants everywhere.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très bien situé pour profiter du centre historique de Lisbonne. Il est très bien équipé et confortable. La climatisation est une réelle plus value en cas de fortes chaleurs. L'environnement immédiat est un peu plus mitigé : marché clandestin, poubelles qui débordent au pied de l'immeuble etc... c'est un quartier historique en pleine rénovation, on y croise donc du touriste et une population visiblement plus précaire. Nous n'avons pas eu le moindre problème pour autant. Petit plus, nous avons eu recours au service de transport proposé par l'agence de location pour le transfert aéroport/appartement à notre arrivée. Pour une première venue à Lisbonne, sans connaître les subtilités des transports en commun, c'est top et le chauffeur était super sympa ! Communication avec l'agence et le chauffeur via Whatsapp, c'est simple, direct et efficace ! Je recommande cette location.

Great central spot

Overall we were very happy with this apartment for four adults. It is spacious, very clean and nicely laid out with lots of storage and two balconies. Although the entryway is a bit odd (overfull garbage bins by door, clothing hawkers nearby that seemed to be fencing pilfered luggage), the locks are secure and the unit is perfectly safe. It is very conveniently located between Avenida Liberdade and Rossio and just around the corner from a proper supermarket. The street was somewhat busy through the night, so we would close windows. We were able to walk all over central Lisbon from here. Laundry was helpful. A few little things were bothersome - supplies ran short for 5 nights (TP, Paper Towel) and the lighting was really odd and should be reviewed by an electrician. Some switches would operate lights in other rooms - ie. someone went to the bathroom one night at 3am and when they turned on the switch for their bathroom, it turned on the lights in the master bedroom, scaring the crap out of my wife and I. It was really strange, because we had been using the switch in the bedroom, and the bathroom switch had properly been doing it's thing prior, so that sounds like a miswired ground or common. We never did get both lights working in the smaller bedroom. There was a wardrobe light that was 50/50. The master toilet was not functioning, it would randomly flush all by it's self, sometimes in the middle of the night. There were also tiny ants often in the master bathroom.
