Muy tranquilo y soleado con impresionantes vistas sobre los tejados de Alfama y el río Tajo.

Ubicado en el corazón del barrio medieval árabe y judío de Alfama, el apartamento tiene una impresionante vista del agua sobre el estuario del Tajo. A poca distancia de muchos de los principales museos y monumentos de Lisboa, el apartamento está muy cerca de supermercados y supermercados locales, así como de restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y tiendas eclécticas de todo tipo.

El apartamento está en un edificio del siglo XVIII ubicado en una ladera empinada de una de las colinas de Lisboa, a 100 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Por lo tanto, mientras su entrada principal y privada está en la planta baja, puede disfrutar de la impresionante vista del río desde los balcones del segundo piso al otro lado del apartamento, sin tener que subir escaleras.

El edificio está orientado al sur, el apartamento es soleado y luminoso durante todo el día. Puedes sentarte en la sala de estar y admirar la belleza de Lisboa mientras contemplas los tejados de tejas rojas contra el agua azul del río Tajo.

Susan and Joanne are indeed such a very nice and charming ladies. Extremely polite and funny, communication was always very easy before and during their stay. It was a true pleasure to be able to receive them in Lisboa and at our apartment. Lovely, quiet, and spacious apartment in a wonderfully walkable location with easy access to transit. A little off the tourist trail, which we appreciated, while still being close to amenities and activities. The apartment came fully furnished with everything you need to settle in (we stayed for two weeks; cooked, cleaned, did laundry). Artistic and quirky, yet still comfortable with small children-- feels lived in. Our stay was in January, but the apartment was light and airy, and kept warm with radiators, as well as lots of blankets on the beds and couches, and other cozy touches. The host (Paulo) was incredibly warm and welcoming. He was easy to communicate with even in English and very responsive/responsible. He provided great guidance and recommendations too!

Wonderful stay

I cannot say enough about how wonderful an experience it was staying here. The apartment is wonderful, the location great, and we were made to feel so welcome and cared for on our first visit to Portugal. This is really a lovely place.

Wonderful stay in Alfama

We had a great stay at this apartment in Alfama. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, we would have drinks most nights looking out the window and enjoying the breeze. The location was perfect and Ana answered any questions we had very promptly. Nadina, the driver she arranged for us, was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation

Thoughtful hosts and lovely place

This was a fantastic place! We really loved it, it was comfortable and a brilliant location. The toys they put together for our kids were so thoughtful and the communication throughout was helpful and informative. Only thing that would improve the apartment is air conditioning but there were lots of fans which meant it was cool enough!

Great place, great location

We had a lovely stay, the appartement is spacious and comes equiped with everything you might need. Also for our baby all the neccities were there, amd then some. We would certaintly go back.

Lovely apartment in super location

A week in Lisbon

The apartment has the perfect location to discover Lisbon. We were picked up from the airport in the late evening. Thanks again Paulo! The apartment is huge and arranged in a very individual way: pictures and art figures as well as the nice furniture.Only the bathroom would need a renovation.The dishwasher was broken.Besides this we enjoyed our stay a lot!

We stayed for 4 nights in this Alfama district of Lisbon. It is the oldest part of town and for us, has the most charming character. For those looking for a place for a family of four, we enjoyed the apartment and its proximity to many sites. Paulo was a kind host and met us at check-in. Communication is excellent both pre and post arrival- thank you Paulo!!The apartment has an amazing view and a kitchen outfitted with all necessities. We appreciated returning here after all the daily uphill walking that is Alfama!My teens loved that we didn’t have a ‘hotel’ experience in Lisbon, and this rental was great! I would recommend it.

Denise and her family were marvelous guests. They stayed at our place for a few days and all went so well. They are very funny and friendly persons. Magical stay in Lisbon

Best place to experience Old Town

This was our first visit to Lisbon but the Alfama seemed the most interesting from our research. This apartment was ideally suited for walking “tours”. The bakery is just down the street, the restaurants near the Musee da Faro we’re excellent, and the view of the river was extraordinary. The owner and her team were very helpful and spoke excellent English, overcoming our terrible Portuguese!

Best place to stay with small children

Without a doubt, best place to stay with small children, ages 2 and 4. Fully equiped, felt like home with cooking essentials, high chair, potty, crib, extra beds, toys and childrens books galore. Small private second bedroom for children. Beautiful view of the river. Tons of light and open space. In the center of Alfama, close to great city views, restaurants, trams, fado. We loved our stay and will return!

Great apartment, location & service

The apartment is wonderful with little touches that matter when traveling with littles (toys, laundry detergent, excessive towels). The location is incredible with Fado outside your window. The garbage cans, which are directly outside the window, are emptied in the middle of the night (every night), which as many reviews suggest can be noisy.
