Stylish, comfortable and great location, this loft-style apartment offers families and couples a beautiful base from which to explore the west Cornwall coastline. Recently refurbished, the property has been carefully arranged and equipped to include a contemporary open plan living / dining area and kitchen as well as two gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms. Set just a short stroll back from the seafront, Newlyn’s harbour is easy to reach, as are its shops, restaurants, galleries and cafes.
There is nearby building works taking place, we understand that external work is complete and it's just internal work now, it's possible some noise might be heard at certain times, for more information please contact Luxury Coastal.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
