This modern studio apartment, located in a newly constructed building in the panoramic area of Collina d'Oro, consists of a bright and well-furnished open space living room. 
Here there is space both for the living area, consisting of a corner with two armchairs for reading a book and chatting in company after a day of sightseeing, and for the sleeping area with a double bed. On the opposite side, there is the corner kitchen, complete and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home, and a dining table for 2.
The living room overlooks the western side of the lake with its lovely little balcony, furnished with table and chairs: the view from here will leave you breathless!
A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

Collina D'Oro is a popular neighborhood of Lugano, in a sunny and privileged location for the panorama of the lake and mountains that frame it. The residential area of Collina d'Oro is served by bars and restaurants, surrounded by green areas such as Parco Castello and Parco Castagnola, and in the hamlet of Montagnola you can visit the Herman Hesse Museum, dedicated to the Germanic writer who spent half of his life here.
Lugano city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

How to arrive:
By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: in about 10 minutes you will reach the apartment.
By train, from Lugano station take bus No.435 direction "Cappella-Agnuzzo, Stazione" for 3 stops and get off at "Cappella, Agnuzzo" stop. Then take bus No. 433 direction "Lugano, Autosilo Balestra" for 4 stops and get off at "Cantonetto di Gentilino" stop. Walk 11 minutes to reach the apartment.
