In the beautiful panoramic area of Vernate EVIA APARTMENT will be the perfect place for your vacations in Ticino!



This spacious and bright two-bedroom apartment will amaze you with its privileged location: its living room enjoys a wonderful view of Lake Lugano! This spacious room is tastefully and originally furnished: relax while reading a book and chatting with friends, admiring the view from the two comfortable sofas, one of which becomes a bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). 

Next to it, there is the dining area with a table for 4, facing the large window that leads to the spacious furnished terrace. Have lunch and dinner al fresco here in warm weather and enjoy the mild Ticino climate all year round! The separate kitchen is complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals like at home.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a French bed. There is also a comfortable desk for working and studying.

The apartment is completed by two bathrooms: one service bathroom and one complete with separate toilet and shower.

On nice days it is pleasant to use and enjoy the large garden of the house.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment has a private parking space.

What\'s nearby:

Vernate is a small, picturesque hilltop village that enjoys wonderful views of Lake Lugano, the mountains, and the green vineyards in the area.

A little more than 5 minutes by car takes you to Agno, with its services (banks, supermarkets, etc.) and its Lido, open in the summer. Within 15 minutes, there is the Lido of Caslano for swimming and playing mini-golf.

Behind the house are woods for pleasant walks or bike rides. A few minutes from the apartment there are typical restaurants, such as L\'osteria del Portico and Osteria Pozzi.

Vernate is only 10 minutes from Agno airport.

Lugano city center is a 20-minute drive away.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: in 15 minutes you will reach the apartment. 

By train, take the Ponte Tresa train for 7 stops and get off at the \"Agno\" stop. From here, take bus No. 424 direction \"Cademario, Kurhaus\" for 8 stops and get off at \"Vernate, Paese\" stop. Walk for 10 minutes to reach the apartment.
