This space opens out onto a patio and the swimming pool area. The villa has a total of five bedrooms, three of which are located on the main floor. One of these bedrooms has a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 190 cm long, along with an attached bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and toilet. Another bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a French bed measuring 150 cm wide and 190 cm long. The third bedroom on this floor also features a French bed of the same dimensions. The kitchen on the main floor is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a toilet.

On the lower ground floor, you'll find another living and dining area with a dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, international TV channels, and air conditioning. This space opens out onto a terrace. Additionally, there are two more double bedrooms on this level, each with a French bed measuring 150 cm wide and 190 cm long.
