Far from the hustle and bustle of the South, Villa Santy is at one with the natural serenity of Ibiza, located amid the quiet majesty of the North Ibizan coast.

Accessed through a private gate that leads to a tree-lined driveway, the property consists of two adjacent ibicenco style houses. The smaller finca is approximately 800 years old, retaining many of its original features, including the wonderful Sabina tree ceiling and white walls, reflecting all that is charming about Ibiza. Each of the houses feature 3 bedrooms (totaling 6), a kitchen and living room.

The larger of the two houses was designed by the famous architect Rolf Blakstad and features polished limestone floors, ornamental fountains and large rooms and balconies with stunning views.

The spacious living room, with its centrepiece fireplace, opens onto a beautiful Moroccan garden on one side and onto the sea-facing terrace on the other.

All around the villa, the aroma of fragrant herbs will invigorate you. Walk past mature olive and palm trees and, if in season, pick heavenly fruits from the pomegranate, fig and plum trees. The flower beds are full of roses and lavender bordering gardens of fresh grass.

There is a play area tucked away for the children with a slide and swings, but often children just want to explore the multitude of outdoor spaces hiding away and just waiting to be discovered.

The heated infinity pool with its decked lounge area and chic sails for shade is an ideal place to forget the cares of the world.

Within a 3 minute stroll through the private pine forest, you can swim in the sea. Cala Xucla is a sandy cove hugging the land of Villa Santy. At sunset, you can sit on the rocks and watch the colour of the sky turn into various hues of pink, purple and orange.

Villa Santy is a perfect, romantic, beachside location to hold your wedding ceremony. Alternatively, a cliff-top ceremony with elevated views of the ocean is equally breath-taking (particularly at sunset).
