The detached house with a fantastic sea view is located a few kilometers from San Carlos in the tranquil northeast of the island. Cute and small, it still breathes the charm of the 70s hippie years. The house beach is Aguas Blancas, just a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minutes by car.
Neighboring beaches are Figueral, Cala Boix and Cala San Vicente.
The house is situated on a pine-covered slope on a natural plot of 2000 square meters. There is a spacious parking lot in front of the house.

Communication with the host was fluid and on time. Instructions were very easy to follow and clear. The house was spotless on arrival. The views to die for. Very comfortable house and close to beautiful coves and family friendly beaches. We will stay again!

Fijn huis met prachtig uitzicht op de zee

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in huize ‘Can Satimba’ met zijn authentieke finca looks! De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is fantastisch. In augustus met de hoge temperaturen zou een airco in de verschillende ruimtes wel echt welkom zijn. Aangezien we de strandjes in het noorden en oosten van Ibiza het leukst vinden is het een leuke uitvalsbasis om te verblijven. Ook het contact met de verhuurder Rolf hebben we als erg prettig ervaren. Iedere vraag die we hadden werd binnen een mum van tijd beantwoord. Het WiFi bereik is wel echt een dingetje.

Tranquilla, accogliente e confortevole

La casa di Rolf è davvero accogliente, dotata di ogni servizio immaginabile e situata in una zona di Ibiza selvaggia e naturale, come desiderevamo. Vicinissima a siti di interesse e a molte splendide spiagge (fra cui quella delle spiagge bianche), permette di raggiungerli in pochi minuti. L'host è stato sempre molto gentile e prontamente disponibile verso ogni nostra richiesta.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour à Can Satimba. La location est idéalement placée entre les belles cala du nord de l’île. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons passé la semaine sur la terrasse et sa vue magnifique. Allez y les yeux fermés ! Merci à Rolf de sa réactivité lors de nos échanges.

Très bel endroit

Superbe emplacement avec belle terrasse vue mer et levers de soleil insensés pour les lève tôt ou les couche tard… Rolf a été à l’écoute , son endroit est hyper propre mais surtout pas aseptisé, en nid d’aigle au dessus de la mer , l’endroit est assez rustique pour vous faire oublier le bling bling d’Ibiza. Authentique . Pas de clim, un ventilo et des cigales …On a l’impression qu’il vient de quitter les lieux pour vous laisser en paix . Il vous laisse tout l’équipement moderne (enceinte JBL, tire bouchon;-) mais connexion aléatoire en raison de relais téléphoniques lointains-rustique quoi ! ) la cuisine est envahie de différentes épices, conserves, cafés laissés par les occupants précédents. On se sent instantanément chez soi . Nous recommandons +++

Urig, geräumige Finca mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang und Tagomago! Wer es gerne etwas ruhiger mag, findet hier eine wundervolle Bleibe zum erholen.

Lekker knus.

Het contact met verhuurder Rolf verloopt goed. Prima route omschrijving, gedetailleerde gebruiksaanwijzing van het huis, attent en aardig. Huis ligt tegen een berg, mooi uitzicht op de zee, nog geen km van Cala blanco en binnen 5 minuten in Sant Carles. Daar enkele leuke eetgelegenheden, bar Anita, hele dag open. Stukje doorrijden en de markt Sant Jordi. Dit huis is een mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken. WiFi bereik is minder, dus even de MB’s omhoog. Groeten Jos

Maison fonctionnelle et très bien située

Maison fonctionnelle, bien fournie, charmante et typique avec un beau jardin. Attention aux moustiques dès avril. A noter que l’accès à la seconde chambre se fait par l’extérieur, pas de communication avec l’appartement principal. Vue magnifique de la terrasse, on ne s’en lasse pas. Rolf est extrêmement aimable et disponible. Un vrai petit paradis sur une île… fantastique. Dur de repartir !!

La villa dans les pins

Très agréable villa avec belle terrasse et vue mer. Au calme, à 10 minutes à pieds de la très belle plage Agua Blanca. Le propriétaire très disponible et très aimable. Parfait !!!

Häuschen mit viel Flair, traumhafte Terrasse, toll zum Sterne gucken. Umfangreich ausgestattete Küche, bis auf eine Spülmaschine wirklich alles da. Kein wifi - finde ich gut😁 Das untere Zimmer war leider etwas muffig. Eine Waschmaschine um die Handtücher mal durchzuwaschen wäre sehr sinnvoll. Alles in allem eine super tolle Woche!!!!
