It’s a beautiful private gated property that includes a large wide-open terrace and living-kitchen, a wheelchair accessible bedroom on one side, and a separated bedroom with private terrace on the other side. A staircase leads to the lower level, where are located the 4 remaining bedrooms, with the possibility for 2 to connect, along with a fitness room. The villa offers many great comfortable and high-quality spaces for leisure and all the rooms benefit from ocean view.
