The choice of places to eat and buy groceries souvenirs was excellent and the distance of the villa from the town centre was just perfect - not too far but not too close. Locals were very friendly and the standard of the restaurants outstanding. All of us left with a content feeling and are happy with the experience we had in Turkey, the lovely villa, and the amenities.

Villa Welt sray Dalyan, Turkey

Loved the villa, a few issues to mention, 2 sockets hanging out of wall could have been dangerous. Taxis found it hard to find address, that needs to be changed to a recognisable address But great overall and good value. Pool was great.

Dalyan get together

Once we got our bearings we found different ways to walk into town - between 10-15 minutes. Our property manager . Nasmay(sp??) was very kind and helpful- drove us to market to get essentials when we arrived after long journey- thank you so much 🙏Also responded immediately to any requests we had. Taxis from airport did have trouble finding the Villa - perhaps a sign would be helpful? Overall we had a great stay and holiday in Dalyan! Thank you 😊

Dated property pictures not correct

Disappointed as the property not like the pictures. Decking by pool area going rotten, outdoor eating area over grown just on soil not paved, kitchen floor lifting up,unfinished electric wires exposed, toilet flush not working on top bedroom, balcony wooden railings going rotten very unsafe,no hairdryer, not enough glasses etc. Not worth the money!

Very disappointing

We stayed here from 9th-16th October and were very disappointed with the villa. We return to dalyan every year as a family of 6 and wanted to try and different villa. On arrival we were dropped off in the middle of nowhere as the villa was nowhere to be found on any map. When we eventually found it, it was not called villa Welt but instead called Villa Royal. When we finally got to the villa we were told we would be given a warm welcome and told about the villa. Instead a man came and gave us a key that was hidden under a plant pot with the villa already being left open. The place had a very bad ant infestation and some broken tiles in the kitchen area. One of the stairs were broken and falling off, the showers were being held up by a hair band and one not being held up at all. The decking area was clearly very old as it was completely rotten and broken in several places. The bbq are was not great and the grass was completely dead. The trees were completely overgrown so there was nowhere to sunbathe for longer than an hour. The location was great and the reason why we were drawn to the villa. Dalyan itself was amazing and couldn’t be faulted.

AWFUL!! DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION

This is the worse place I have ever stayed in, in fact it was SO BAD that we had to find alternative accommodation and didn’t even stay 24 hrs. I don’t even know where to begin. We arrive at around midnight and on entering the property we noticed how dirty it was. On further investigation there were stains on all the bedding and towels. The steps on the stairs were loose and very dangerous. The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned. There’s a separate bedroom off the main accommodation where we saw a mouse and found a mouse trap. In the morning we ventured out to look at the outside area hoping that this would be okay as I was prepared to buy cleaning stuff and blizzard the house. We were horrified at the state of the outside, there are big holes on the decking and plant pots were lay over them to prevent you falling down them. There is no grass as per the photos just dirt. The pool was dirty with things floating in it. The outdoor seating areas were old, very worn and dirty. The whole place was not only un clean but very unsafe.

Very Disappointed

With only one cracked cup to share between myself and husband, we were unable to have a cup of tea, after our arrival late at night. There was one large bread knife, but no other implements in which to cut and prepare food. We have never stayed at anywhere so badly equipped before. The written ammenities stated a microwave and a DVD player, which were missing on arrival. None of the sheets fitted the beds properly, the pillows were all badly stained and none of the beds had mattress protectors. There were no waste bags, washing up liquid or kitchen cloths for washing or drying. The place was infested with ants and the wooden flooring in the kitchen was broken and rotted in places. We have tried to contact the owner with our complaints, but unable to send messages to him through vrbo. The local agent did come to our rescue on the second day, with new cups and a microwave. We feel this property was very badly advertised and vrbo should be aware that this was not up to the standard we would expect from their web-site.

DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA!!!

This villa is NOT as advertised in the photos on the website! The 5star ratings are misleading and no longer relevant and past customer reviews are way out of date. The villa and grounds are not maintained. What greeted us was a villa and its grounds that were shabby, ill-equipped and unsafe: the patio door could not be locked, several interior wooden stairs were loose and dangerous, kitchen flooring broken and damaged. Decking area by the pool had many loose boards and lots of exposed nails. On arrival at 1:30 a.m. there were no basics for guests: no drinking water or even one toilet roll to see us through to the morning. No information book to advise us on anything to do with the villa or emergency details if needed. Villa was very ill-equipped: 2 mugs, one beer glass and 2 mismatched wine glasses for eight people! Lots of exposed cables sticking out of walls. Six sunbeds, old, faded and dirty - we had to clean them before we used them. The garden area was a disgrace - massively over-grown trees (= very little sun), 'lawn' areas were just dry, cracked earth strewn with litter. Outside bbq area was filthy. We contacted the owner who sent a short email passing us onto Agni customer service. Despite many attempts, we failed to get the owner to call us. We waited in for 2 hours and Agni's property manager failed to show up for a pre-arranged meeting. The list goes on...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der Pool war super. Lediglich der Weg ins Dorf ist etwas lang. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

We do not have words to describe how amazing was the villa. Clean, properly equipped, great location. The pool and garden area were well maintained. It is a 5-min walk to almost everywhere, particularly to the supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. There are lots of things to see and do nearby. We already planning to rebook this villa for next year!

Most of the time, we spent in the pool area, sunbathing, swimming, preparing meals ... We liked that a really lot! Great location, close to restaurants, tavernas, and bars, as well as a supermarket. Also a wonderful pool! Very relaxing property and neighborhood. The locals are very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Villa Welt was the perfect villa for us and we loved it so much. The villa had everything you would need and much more. The pool was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. We visited Caunos Tombs of the Kings and Iztuzu beach while we were there and spent an amazing time together! Thank you for organizing a perfect holiday for us!
