Meadowlark is a high quality ‘New England' style lakeside holiday home with a well furnished west facing decking with BBQ. Shared pontoon to launch canoes or paddle boards. Wonderful relaxing open plan vaulted ceiling living area & full width ‘bifold' doors opening out onto deck.


4 x bedrooms, 3 x bathrooms, sleeping up to 7 - 2 x double bedrooms both ensuite (one downstairs), with a further 1 x twin and 1 x single bedroom upstairs sharing a family shower room.

Stunning View

Perfect!!!!

Me and my family absolutely loved the house, so clean and what a beautiful view. We even got amazing weather. Plenty of room for parking, great location. We will be coming back for sure. Everything was amazing!!!!! Thankyou soo much.

Amazing Accommodation and location

Such a beautiful property right on the lake. It was perfect for our family get together and the teens loved being able to take their paddle boards straight off the jetty onto the lake. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well. Great support from orion holidays on site. Replaced the bedding for my sister within half an hour to help her allergy! Amazing team

We had a lovely stay on Summer Lake. The house was beautiful and so very well equipped. We had every we needed. To deal with such a wonderful holiday company was the icing on the cake. The Orion team of people are professional, so accommodating and friendly. Lovely lovely people. Thank you.

Beautiful house and perfect location

Wow, what an amazing house. The location, the view from the decking and the overall style of the house. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils- just missing egg cups! The bathrooms were all clean and tidy. But to end on a positive, the kids loved the lake and the shared pontoon was perfect for paddle boarding off and fishing.

Wonderful stay

We booked last minute as our Christmas plans had fallen through and Orion could not have been more helpful. It was a really special place to spend Christmas with the open plan living space and views over the lake. Orion gave us a Christmas tree which was a really nice touch. We did lots of walks around the lakes themselves and in and around cirencester which was really lovely. The restaurants and cafes nearby are really good - kids loved the hot chocolates at Carl's cafe and the Gateway Cafe was a very pleasant surprise - even though it was incredibly busy the staff were efficient and professional and the food was really good.

Wow!

Wow! What an amazing property! Myself and my family had a wonderful week staying on Summer Lake. The house is in the most perfect location for outstanding sunsets and views across the lake. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Great walks near by and the tennis courts were a real hit with the children. Lots of places locally to eat as well as supermarkets near by and a well stocked village shop just in South Cerney. Orion were very helpful and well organised with our booking. Highly recommended, will definitely return in the future and recommend to others.

Superb location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 32b Summer Lake. Although this property is on a quieter lake it enjoys a peaceful location with a wonderful view and fantastic sunsets. It is extremely well equipped with all possible needs provided for. Our only disappointment was that we found the bedding and lounge furniture uncomfortable. Our personal preference is for softer beds and chairs. Having said this the outside furniture on the decking was extremely comfortable and put to very good use. The property is well situated for all of our favourite Cotswold villages and very close to beautiful Cirencester. Excellent dining can be found within a very short distance including a very good Indian restaurant at Cerney Wick and a superb Italian restaurant at Fairford. The support from Orion Holidays staff was much appreciated.

The main attraction of the lodge is being able to relax on the decking with a cool drink in a beautiful lakeside location and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and watch the wildlife. It is close to water sports, many activities, local attractions and many great country pubs, restaurants, tearooms and cafes in and around the Cotswold Lakes.
With many safe cycle trails and well marked footpaths guests can head out and explore the abundant lakes, canals, nature reserves and rivers nearby, including the Thames. The lodge is a great base to head out and visit Cirencester and enjoy the whole Cotswolds region.
