Spacious and bright three-room apartment, with a spectacular view of Lake Iseo and Monteisola. The apartment is located in a condominium context but its leading position offers a very spacious terrace and a small garden below where it is possible to grill and relax in the sun. The house has a kitchenette with all the main comforts and a living area that opens onto the terrace. A small corridor will give access to the bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and to the two bedrooms, one double with access to the terrace and the other with 2 single bunk beds and 1 pull-out level, allowing for a second double for a possible second couple.
The property also offers a private garage and the possibility of using the communal pool with solarium area about 30 meters from the house.
The town of Riva is about a 3-minute drive down the hill.
