Villa Cavendish with Sea Views, A/C and heatable pool close to Flamingo Beach

Charming and spacious luxury villa for up to 10 people close to Flamingo beach and town center with sea views, good size pool, mini golf, bar, ping pong table, high speed Internet, international channels and many chill out areas. The villa is fully equipped and has air conditioning free of charge in all bedrooms and the entire property as well as pool heating available.
We can accomodate 10 guests but have an additional Z bed for a child as well as a cot for a baby available.

Guests will have access to all areas of the property accept for the area of the solar pannels.

There is a charge of 10€/day in case you would like the pool to be heated.
Please be aware that the water temperature will be at a pleasant temperature to enjoy a swim but lower than the air and your body temperature,which is why it will still feel chilly at the beginning.
The average water temperature without the heating option would be around 18–21ºC.
If you opt to choose the pool to be heated, we always recommend you to leave the pool cover when you are not using the pool to ensure that the temperature can reach its maximum.

We welcome guests personally at the villa on arrival and explain them everything around the villa as well as the surroundings as well as how to find the nearest supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. We are happy to organize anything before and during the stay such as special equipment, dinner reservations, surprises for special occasions during the stay, excursions, etc.
