The private fenced swimming pool is oriented towards the sun all day, guaranteeing moments of fun and safety for children. Additionally, the games area offers table football, ping-pong, darts, basketball hoop, football goals and water polo, a variety of activities for all ages! The barbecue next to the covered porch is ideal for delicious outdoor lunches, and the outdoor toilet next to the pool adds convenience during rest days.

Inside, the practical layout connects a spacious living-dining room with Smart TV and a comfortable rest area, an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances such as ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher, and three bedrooms that accommodate up to 10 people: two rooms with double bed and single bed, and one with three single beds. All bedrooms have an exterior window and wardrobes, as well as a second television for greater entertainment. Free WiFi and access to Netflix ensure entertainment for the whole family.



The location is another of its great attractions, situated just a few minutes by car from important motorway links and the La Trocha shopping centre, where you will find supermarkets, shops and cinemas.
