Located on Boulevard Sebastopol, almost in the heart of Paris (1st district), our completely refurbished and nice furnished apartment is in a very lively area, very close to the pedestrian area of Chatelet Les Halles.

Welcome in our apartment. It is situated at the 6th floor (lift until the 5th floor) of a traditional Parisian building and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Configurated as a mini loft, you have an open space as a living area with a comfy sofa bed and a mezzanine with a double floor type bed. The open kitchenette is well equipped with ceramic plates, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower cabin, the washbasin, the toilet, and a washing machine
The apartment has its own internet connection by cable and WIFI and cable TV
All linen (bed linen & towels) are provided.

The area is very much appreciated. It is filled with cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and many others. The second biggest mall in France, the Forum des Halles whose architecture and underground has been recently totally renovated is also located some less than 10 minutes walking distance away. Rivoli street and its many shopping stores remain also accessible on foot. The Saint Jacques tower, Seine riverbanks, the Cathedrale of Notre Dame, and many other tourist spots remain all walking distance away.
