This studio, nestled under the roof, exudes authentic charm thanks to its exposed beams which give it a warm and rustic atmosphere. Please note that the ceiling is quite low, which may be less comfortable for guests taller than 1.80m.

Located on the third floor without elevator, this apartment offers you a real refuge in the heart of the bustling Parisian scene. Upon entering, you will discover a comfortable space including a double bed, ideal for resting after a busy day exploring the city. Fresh linens and towels are provided, allowing you to travel light.

The equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare your meals like at home. Whether you just want to make a cup of coffee in the morning or whip up a delicious dinner, you'll find everything you need at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a shower to refresh and relax you.

Although the accommodation may be less suitable for taller people, its unique ambiance and central location make it an ideal choice for travelers looking for an authentic Parisian experience.

By staying in our studio, you will be ideally located to explore the iconic attractions of Paris. Les Halles is full of bustling shops, restaurants and cafes where you can sample delicious French cuisine. Plus, you'll enjoy easy access to public transportation, allowing you to get around the city with ease.

Finally, note that the accommodation benefits from quality wifi (fiber) and a TV.

Our studio is ideally located in the lively Les Halles district, in the heart of Paris. This iconic neighborhood offers the perfect combination of culture, entertainment and city life.

Les Halles is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and central location. You'll be surrounded by trendy boutiques, lively cafés, gourmet restaurants and picturesque markets. Whether you're looking for fresh produce, delicious local specialties or unique creations, you'll find everything you need just steps from your door.

As you explore the neighborhood, you'll discover a wealth of cultural attractions nearby. Just a few steps from your accommodation, you can visit the Centre Pompidou, a renowned museum of modern and contemporary art, as well as the Forum des Halles, an underground shopping mall renowned for its diversity of boutiques.

Les Halles is also an ideal starting point for exploring other parts of Paris. You can easily walk or take public transport to famous destinations such as the Louvre, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Marais district and many more. Nearby metro and bus stations also make it easy to get to other parts of the city.

Being right in the heart of Paris, this district offers an electrifying atmosphere day and night. The apartment is located under the roof and has low ceilings, so it's not ideal for people over 1.80 m tall.
Arrival is autonomous and keys are to be collected from a tobacconist's near the accommodation (7-minute walk / between 3pm and 10pm maximum).

Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
