Location is 10 out of 10. Just 1/2 block from beach. Hiwever, the apartment had musky odor, dated/old furniturefixturesappliances, no streaming capality on TV in living room, and a sagging over-used mattress.

Het appartement ligt op een goede locatie, zeer dicht bij het strand (max 2 min lopen). Het appartement is wel wat gedateerd (waardoor het niet helemaal schoon oogt; gebruikerssporen) en gehorig (je hoort de straat en kan hierdoor in de avond geen ramen open doen, maar ook hoor je de buren best goed). Plaza Major op korte loopafstand waar je gezellige restaurants hebt. Voor het strand echt een goede locatie.

Very good location and well-planned apartment

Great place and everything worked well even with a four member family but the space is limited and The kids have to sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room. This functioned well for us.

Cómodo, Agradable y bien situado

Hemos estado muy agusto. Dispone de los servicios básicos pero suficiente para 4 personas quizás algunos electrodomésticos tienen excesivo tiempo. De cubertería, vajilla, cristalería y menaje de cocina está muy bien surtida. Los cuchillos y otros utensilios de la pequeña cocina están guardados lejos de ésta y necesitan un cambio o, al menos, un buen afilado. El resto de estancias son amplias y cómodas. El sofá cama es incómodo para dormir y las almohadas son muy, muy mejorables, son flácidas e incómodas. La luz de emergencia está, creo, estropeada, luce todo el tiempo a máxima intensidad y para dormir resulta algo incómoda. La limpieza es buena y también la situación cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo. Sin duda repetiría.
