Rural house Mas Molines

Casa Mas Molines is a catalan rural house restored in 2009 with large spaces for your family gatherings, weddings and events in general. Its large gardens and swimming pool offer you a pleasant vacation stay.
A house of 500 square meters, with eight bedrooms with their own bathroom, and a completely closed plot of 4,000 square meters.
It is located at the foot of the mountain, 4 km from the sea with green routes (bicycle lanes) to the beach. Close to the best beaches on the Costa Brava and at the same time close to important cities for culture and leisure such as Girona, Figueras, Barcelona Olot.


DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE:

The house is heated with air conditioning and heating in all areas.

Main floor:
Hall (main entrance to the interior of the house).
Dining room for thirty people with a wood-burning fireplace, exit to the hall, access to the toilets, and the living room.
Two toilets independent of the rooms, with access from the dining room.
A living room with a sofa and armchairs, with access to the main garden, access to the kitchen, the dining area and the television room.
A small living room with television, three sofas and access to the main garden, also has access to the only interior room on the ground floor.
The only bedroom located on the ground floor inside the house, it has a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. In this room you can add an extra single bed (90 cm x 200 cm).
Kitchen equipped with kitchenware for thirty people, industrial stove, three different types of coffee makers (French, Italian, and Docegusto capsule coffee makers), blender, juicer, smoothie blender, water heater, bread toasters, three refrigerators, two freezers, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen has access to the main garden and the living room.

Upper floor:

Living room with sofa and armchair, with access to the three bedrooms.
Bedroom with a double bed (150 cm. x 200 cm.), three single beds (90 cm. x 200 cm.), bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. In this room you can add a single bed

Bedroom with two areas, bathroom with shower and terrace. The main area has a double bed (150 cm. x 200 cm.), a single bed (90 cm. x 200 cm.) and access to the terrace. The other area has a bunk bed with single beds (90m x 200m).

Exterior main floor:

The Masía has four bedrooms with independent entrances from the different gardens:

Bedroom with a double bed (150 cm. x 200 cm.), bathtub in the bedroom, and private toilet. Access from the main garden.
Bedroom with a double bed (150 cm. x 200 cm.), a single bed (90 cm. x 200 cm.) and bathroom with bathtub. In this room you can add an extra single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), and it has access from the rear garden.
Bedroom with three single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and bathroom with double bathtub. Access from the rear garden or through the main entrance garden
Bedroom with a double bed (150 cm. x 200 cm.) and bathroom with shower. Access from the main entrance.

Outdoor areas for common enjoyment:

In the main garden we have:

Covered porch with dining area with capacity for thirty people, and a chill out area.
The pool (5 m. x 11 m.) with a bubble bench and a waterfall, and two outdoor showers.
Different terrace tables and chairs, sun loungers, a table tennis table,
Three barbecue area,
Garbage recycling area.
The rear garden and the main entrance garden are natural grass.

THE FOLLOWING EXTRAS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, but you can contract with the property:

·Final cleaning: €275/ 15 maximum hours of work (You can hire it with us or do it yourself)
·Sheets and shower towels: €15 2 nights / €20 +2 nights (Price per person) You can hire them with us or bring them yourselves)
·Pets: €40 for the total stay of each pet (It is mandatory to hire when pets are staying)

House rules
-Final cleaning is mandatory, the house must be left clean and tidy as it was found. (you can contract it with the property)
-The use of sheets is mandatory. (You can contract them with the property)
-Garbage is deposited in the recycling containers at the entrance to the premises. -It must be recycled according to European regulations.
-Outside music is not allowed and outside sound in general is allowed from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. by municipal regulations.
-Before bathing in the pool, you must take a shower and completely remove the body cream.
-Only charcoal can be used on the outdoor barbecue, not firewood.
-Only the number of people for which the rental is made, or agreed with the property, is allowed.
-The use of small plastics or the abandonment of garbage outside is prohibited. (Ex: confetti, artificial petals, cigarette butts...)
-You must communicate any type of event and pet stay.
-They must make civic use of supplies, housing, the environment and respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbors.
-Departure times must be respected. (before 10:00 a.m.)
-Any type of damage caused must be reported.
-You cannot access the different areas of the roof.
-You can only throw dry toilet paper in the toilets.
-Smoking is prohibited inside the home.
-Charging of electric cars is not allowed inside the property. (video-monitored parking)

Failure to comply with the rules entails monetary sanctions, and eviction from the home if the owners or the police find it necessary.

On the day of arrival you must pay:
-Tourist tax: €2 per person per night over 16 years old.
- Deposit for possible damages: €700 can only be paid by card.
- Any extra you want to hire.
-Any remaining payment of the rent if this has been agreed before.
