CASA ONDARA in the center of town newly renovated

Very warm and spacious town house recently refurbished, in 2022, in the centre of Ondara, walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc.
The house, on the first floor, is distributed in one floor with plenty of natural light, 3 double bedrooms with wardrobes and air conditioning hot/cold, 1 bathroom with shower, living/dining room with air conditioning hot/cold, open plan well equipped kitchen with pantry, and a storeroom. From the kitchen there is access to the patio with table and chairs  and a mobile barbecue, a utility room and access to the roof terrace.
 
The house is fully furnished (all new) and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday; washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, garden furniture, barbecue, etc. In addition there is wifi internet and satellite TV.
 
Quiet location in the centre of Ondara. There is a supermarket nearby, several restaurants and bars, pharmacy... within walking distance. The fine sandy beach is only 6km away.The city of Denia is at 9 km from the villa and can be reached by car easily within 10 minutes.Denia and its environments provide a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are at about 1 hour 10 minutes driving by car. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. There are 2 renowned golf courses at only 10 km from the villa: La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf.
