The 3-floor villa offers 5 bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. It sits on the top of a hill, with views of the sea, Spinalonga island and the surrounding countryside. It offers tranquility and the perfect setting for a group vacation.
The beach is just 1 km away.
The villa features well-finished interiors and exteriors, and large bright spaces to guarantee privacy for all guests.
The private pool sits in a large terraced garden, and offers panoramic vistas. A veranda with an outdoor dining area is another one of the property’s stunning features.
The surrounding villages and the beach are within easy reach of the villa.
At guests’ disposal: 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 10 guests; air conditioning; private pool (16 x 5 meters) with salt purification system; large terraced garden; veranda with dining table; garden furniture; barbecue; Wifi internet; parking.
Distances: Beach 1 km away, Elounda (shops of all kinds) 1.5 km, Plaka 3.5 km, Agios Nikolaos 10 km, Heraklion 70 km.

Both the bedroom and living room have access to the covered veranda.
Second floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; small kitchen corner with dining area and access to a second covered veranda.
There is air conditioning in all rooms.
The following might be to be paid extra: Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
