Perfect for couples, solo travellers or small groups of friends, Waters Dream has been beautifully designed with coastal living and comfort in mind. Renovated to the highest standard on a street filled with pastel-coloured houses, enjoy a cosy home from home with panoramic views of the estuary, a selection of eateries on your doorstep and a historical village to explore. Should you wish to venture further afield, beaches such as Westward Hol!, Croyde Bay and Woolacombe are just a short drive away.
The space
The pretty pink exterior paves the way to an equally stunning interior. Think soft colour tones, quirky artwork and seascape décor to enrich the waterside location.
Step inside through the lavender stable door and into the powder blue kitchen, complete with everything you should need to prepare hearty meals during your stay. In keeping with the theme, there is a pink Lacanche cooker, Nespresso machine, wine cooler, Smeg toaster and kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer. You will also have access to a handy two-seater breakfast bar, perfect for quick bite to eat before a day at the beach.
The living room features a cosy, hand-crafted sofa with enough space for two, plus a comfortable armchair. Snuggle up in front of the electric fire with your favourite film on the Smart TV or sit out on the private patio to admire the breathtaking views. When the sun starts to set, gather around the six-seater dining table to enjoy a home cooked meal, a takeaway or an evening of card games and chatter.
Venture upstairs to the first floor where you will find two out of three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a small double bed with a nautical theme throughout and views of the pastel-coloured streets. Meanwhile, the second double bedroom is designed with rustic, seascape décor, blush pink accessories and expectational views across the estuary.
There is also a shared shower room with a chic gold and navy colour scheme and luxury toiletries to enjoy.
The second floor is complete with a beautifully designed master bedroom and en-suite. The large windows maximise the stunning views, whilst the king-size bed is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The en-suite is positioned behind a partial wall and comprises a luxurious free-standing bath, so you can truly soak away the day.
