Beautiful design apartment in El Porís with a spectacular terrace and sea views, just a few steps from the beach. Bright and exterior, with an exquisite decoration where every last detail has been taken care of, capacity for 4 people, two bedrooms and a terrace where you can have breakfast or sunbathe while enjoying the beautiful views of the Atlantic. With a coastline surrounded by natural pools and black sand beaches, this property has all the ingredients for a dream holiday.

This beautiful apartment is brand new and ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has Wifi Internet Fiber and desk. With capacity for 4 people, with 2 large double bedrooms and fitted wardrobes, the main one with a queen size bed and the second one with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. It also has a nice bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances that connects to the living room and the beautiful terrace-solarium, with spectacular sea views, where you can have breakfast, relax and sunbathe. It has a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and kitchen, Smart TV, lift, private parking, window dimming system and all the amenities you could need for a great holiday.

Located in a quiet residential complex, just a few steps from the beach, on a coastline surrounded by unique corners and natural pools. It is also very well located, halfway between the capital and the south of the island and just a few minutes from the motorway.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace with sea views, where you can sunbathe or have breakfast, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, Wifi fibre internet, private parking and much more.

The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

The television is currently out of service. We apologise for any inconvenience.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Pleasant stay

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it met our expectations from the online description. There is only one cause for criticism: one of the blinds in the living room was broken and lowered so that the room was dark. When the keys were handed over there was no indication if and when it would be repaired. Fortunately, we were able to fix it ourselves.

Never with home2book again

The apartment is cool even when it is located on the main street of El Poris, what is not written in the description. But the agency home2book is just outrageous. Friendly but snooty. If something doesn't work, it's the guests' fault. This is followed by teacher-like, useless instructions but no solutions. Therefore never again with home2book

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinem Manko

Alles was wir zum Schlafen, Kochen, Essen, Wohnen gebraucht haben war vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung war modern und ansprechend. Auch die Möglichkeiten die Terrasse zu genießen waren vielfältig. Wir hätten uns einen Sonnenschirm gewünscht, da die Markise nicht benutzt werden durfte, wie man uns mitteilte.

Schöne Wohnung an einem interessanten Ort.

Grandios mit Blick auf das Meer gelegen, Sonne von Aufgang bis Untergang, lediglich die Strasse vor der Terrasse stört etwas, da ein Gullideckel defekt ist.

Bijna perfecte lokatie

Een heerlijk appartement met alles er op -en aan. Zeer hygiënisch en veel privacy. Een extra compliment voor de bedden; topklasse! Ik heb mij er uitstekend vermaakt en ook veilig gevoeld. Omdat ik geen dierenvriend ben, kon ik niet blij worden van het irritante geblaf van de hond van de buren. Dat was eigenlijk het enige minpuntje.

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung, mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, fantastischer Terrasse und wunderschönem Ausblick. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Wir haben uns zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt!

Espectacular vivienda con unas vistas al mar de ensueño

Preciosa vivienda con una decoración muy elegante, cuidada con mucho mimo, donde te sientes como en casa en su maravillosa terraza, completamente equipada para descansar, tomar el sol y desayunar.
