➡️ Security Deposit Policy

- All deposits are managed by Michelle at Travel Lettings.
- Guests bringing dogs: £100 refundable security deposit (pre-authorised 48hrs before arrival, released within 48hrs after departure by Michelle).
- £50 deduction applies if pet waste is left on the property.

➡️ House Rules.

- No cats allowed.
- No smoking indoors (ashtray provided outside).
- No candles or naked flames
- No parties or large gatherings
- Quiet hours between 10pm – 8am

Terms & Conditions

All guests must provide ID and sign Travel Lettings’ T&Cs (digital link sent via email).

Breakages happen, we don’t charge for small accidents like broken glass but please inform us so we can maintain the property to a high standard.
