A Rustic Retreat at Wolf Hollow Farm

The house is set on 60 Acres of farmland, fields and hills. Boasts a pond with a gazebo, a stream with a bridge. Lots of room to run and play. A quiet setting to get away from the stress and hectic day to day chores. There is a 90' wrap around porch with a screened in section for dining. There are bunk beds, toys and games for the kids. There is a sleeping loft with 2 double beds. A large fireplace for roasting marshmallows. A washer and dryer. A full kitchen. Satellite TV, WiFi and a game tables.

We were originally a family of 5 when we purchased this property. We have grown to a family of 13 since then. We live at the shore year round in New Jersey and love to go up to the Catskills to get away from our daily routines.

Why they chose this property

This property was purchased over 30 years ago by my father Thomas Fenwick because it reminded him of his roots. Since then we have made it a fun place to go to with our own families to get away from technology and the hectic lives we all lead. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have over the years.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy this property for it's views, it's wildlife, the stream, the pond and it's 60 acres of Hiking. And if you want you can just sit on the porch swing and watch the world go by.
