The living areas in this ground-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, a dining room, and a sitting room with Smart TV, a speaker, gas fire, and balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a twin, and a king-size with en-suite, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. This is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles, and a pub and the beach in 0.3 miles. 14 St Elmo Court is well-positioned to enjoy a coastal getaway to Devon. Note: The property is accessed by several steps with handrail, followed by a communal entrance. Note: Guests have access to a communal swimming pool.

There are two 22kw EV chargers which are located in the lower carpark and can be used by downloading an app called Tap Electric

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Salcombe, which was previously a significant harbour, is a well-liked holiday spot for families and walkers. North Sands and South Sands, two lovely beaches, are close by. Further away is the National Trust property Overbeck's, where you may stroll through the subtropical gardens. Why not spend an exciting day and try out some of the water sports the estuary has to offer, including kayaking, surfing, or a more leisurely boat trip? Take advantage of the locally sourced seafood that is provided in many of the restaurants, bars, cafés, and delicatessens when visiting Salcombe. With a handful of sandy beaches, charming towns with thatched cottages, and wonderful walking options, including the South West Coast route, Devon's southernmost point offers some breath-taking scenery and picturesque vistas.
