Our stay was amazing, the property was just as expected. The owner was very gracious to us when my husbands passport was stolen the night before we were to leave. He gave us much needed information regarding thr process to replace travel docs. It also extended our stay fir a few days so we could get everything taken care of.Amazing trip, fabulous host, we would definitely stay here again next time we travel to Italy!

The view is nice though through no fault of the owner the trees have started blocking the view of the river since our last visit. There is a great cappuccino, sweets and sandwiches place just a block behind the building and grocery stores very close.

Very nice flat, clean and in good order. Terrace is very noisy from passing traffic and traffic clearly audible in living room.

Thank you for staying in our apartment. I'm sorry about the traffic. Unfortunately, during your stay, there were temporary traffic changes on the main roads due to construction work on the new electric tramway. This resulted in a significant increase in traffic and slower traffic, resulting in long lines. This is a temporary solution that will certainly be resolved as soon as the tramway work is completed. The new tramway will allow guests to travel quickly throughout the city (the train station and airport will be accessible quickly and at a small cost).

Great Stay

Loved this location. It was just outside the whole touristy vibe. Everything was very walkable and the bus was right next door. The touristy areas were so so busy that is was nice to come home to this apartment. Good area restaurants too. Highly recommend.

Lovely Florentine Apartment

Terrace was a nice outdoor space , albeit overlooking a fairly busy city major artery. City bus stop was right below, so convenient. Spacious inside with tall ceilings, comfy beds. Good a/c, quiet inside despite commute outside. Trees blocked our view of river. Easy walk to grocery shopping and a few restaurants. Loved the art on walls, and many books of florentine art.

Fabulous Firenze

This location was most spacious and comfortable right off the Arno River and just down the street from excellent outdoor restaurants. We loved sitting out on the balcony for an early morning coffee or an evening beverage of choice. You're also a short drive away from downtown Florence historic sites, and a quick getaway to Tuscany.

Highly Recommend this Apartment

The pictures listed are exactly the same as in person. The view of the Arno River from the patio was beautiful. The apartment was large enough for 6 adults. Piero met us at the Apartment when we arrived and went over all the details of the apartment. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

Beautiful, spacious apartmebt

We loved our stay here (family of 6 adults). Owner Piero was very helpful with restaurant recommendations (Osteria del Nacchero was close and amazing) and transportation guides. Apartment was clean. Washing machine was a plus and very easy to hang clothes to dry off the bedroom balcony. Main balcony was nice to hang out. Apartment is farther from main attractions but not unmanageable. Plus it is near restaurants where you’ll find more locals than tourists. Air conditioning was also very nice!

Great apartment in central location

Very large, comfortable and clean apartment, great for families traveling together but needing seperate quarters. Easy walk (about half 15 minutes) to almost all monuments and museums. The hosts provide tons of information about the neighborhood, Florence and the region, and promptly replyed to all inquiries and concerns both before and during our stay. Beautiful large covered terrace overlooking the river, equipped with dining table, sofas and armchairs. Much also confortable the large rear terrace. Very useful the private garage and concierge service.

Wonderful

Really spacious apartment with great air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living areas - very welcome during the week that we stayed! Very easy communication with Piero, who met us when we arrived. We tried four of his restaurant recommendations, all of which were excellent. It is a fair walk to the tourist area of Florence. We hired electric scooters a few times, so we only had to walk one way. (Download the Bird app) Great fun!

I cannot write in Italian but the apartment was cosy and suited well for a family of six. The location is not so near, it did take nearly 30 minutes to walk. But the walk was nice, but a bit too much for children and the elderly. I can recommend still.

Thank you. As indicated and visible from aerial photos, we are 500 meters from the beginning of the old city. Florence is a small town (with a great history) can only be visited on foot. All the main monuments are located within the circle of the old town, which has a diameter of about 2 km. For those who prefer not to walk, there are public buses (the bus stop is 30 meters from the apartment).

Excellent Property

Manager meant us on the night of arrival. He was very organized and followed by plane our direct arrival. Property was exactly as in pictures. I have been to Firenze over 45+ times, and this is an excellent property. Concierge downstairs. Bus stop at the corner. Restaurants a short walking distance. Center of city a lively 20+ minute walk by the Lungarno. Quiet apartment. Two bedrooms in back ha e a lovely balcony. Smaller bedroom has a private shower. Highly recommend. corner.

Enjoyed the Spendid Firenze

We felt immediately at home in this apartment at 3rd floor. Really clean and luxurious welcoming, nice terrace with view on trees bordering Arno river but ... heavy traffic road in between. Trees are no longer as shown on the announcement and hide quite a bit the view during summer. All bedrooms have a bathroom (or shower room). Air conditioning is very efficient and welcomed during hot season. 30mn walk distance following Arno to the historical city center or 3 bus stops are at very short walking distance. Supermarket is also 5mn away. Manager Piero is awesome and great help for explanations on the city, he is an easy contact person (phone or WhatsApp), and accepting our travelling constraints. A big thanks Signore Piero!!! We suggest differentiating the pictures of each apartment on the announcement, as some were not associated with the one on 3rd floor that we have rent. Great moment and great vacation in Florence thanks to this great location, just a bit frustrated because of traffic noise when spending time on the main terrace.

Thanks, in summer most of the city's nightlife moves to the open-air venues in the park on the river in front of the apartment to search for some fresh air. This has advantages for my guests (they just need to cross the street to be at the center of the nightlife), but the background noise increases if you stay on the terrace in moments of greater movement. Fortunately, the bedrooms overlook the building's internal garden and are very quiet. For those seeking silence there is the second large covered terrace that overlooks the internal garden of the building.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Supermarkt in 5 Minuten. Schöne Konditorei, um etwas zu kaufen oder dort einen Caffè zu trinken. In 5 Minuten gute Pizzeria (gleiche Straße, 200 Meter, "Don Fefè").Tipp für ein echt toskanisches Restaurant: "Vecchia Osteria del Naccherio". 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Platz vorbestellen.

Wonderful apartment for our group

Six friends - 2 couples and 2 single women - spent 6 days in this spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large common room and several balcony areas. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in (we made risotto for dinner one night). The location is about a 20 minute walk from the Duomo area, which is why I deducted one star - it was a very warm walk in the sun on hot days. The owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and patient with us checking in late as our flights got rerouted and delayed.

Great home away from home

Really enjoyed the apartment. We had hot weather so the Aircon was definite plus for a couple of us who needed to recuperate from the heat. Kitchen had everything you need and grocery shopping is nearby. parking was also a bonus, but tricky if you rented a pretty large vehicle like we did. Restaurants nearby. It is walking distance to the historic district but we took cabs easily thru taxi app to and from landmarks because we had two people in our group who use cane. The apartment has a lift, but not from carpark. Owner was very diligent with communication. He meets you in person and you pay the local occupancy tax ..which probably should be mentioned on the website. Highly recommend the apartment....just remember the extra payment when you get there.

Perfect for families

There are very few properties available for rent that can match the amount of space you get with this property. Three bedrooms with two balconies, living room and kitchen. The bedrooms can be isolated from the living areas so that adults are not keeping children awake. We traveled with our 2 and 7 year old grandchildren so this definitely came in handy. The property is located about half a mile from the city walls along the Arno river. The river is lined with pop-up restaurants and coffee shops along with playgrounds. The owners were so very helpful with questions both before our trip and during it. He gave us helpful responses including where to order a surprise birthday cake. I would not hesitate to rent this home again!

Florence in 5 Days

Excellent communication with the owner. Property is a bit dated but still serviceable. We enjoyed Florence so much. Take advantage of the property’s location and eat out locally. The neighbourhood restaurants are much better and more value than those in the major tourist areas. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

A stay in Florence

A really well equipped apartment very close to central Florence. Communication was very easy with Pierro and we met him at the agreed time. The apartment is well equipped and has very good air conditioning which we were very glad to use. Although we did walk into the old town a couple of times we mainly used the buses which we found to be very frequent and reliable. The bus stop is just a few metres from the front door. There is a busy road outside the apartment but it is central Florence. Pierro was quick to make suggestions for our stay and was a wonderful host. Recommended!
