This location just over the Arno River was perfect for our adult family of five. It was a quiet space, but so convenient to everything in Florence city center. There’s a grocery store, restaurants, and gelato just around the corner. Having two bathrooms and separate rooms for everyone was ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is great in the heart of Florence, close proximity to everything, but very quiet at night. Cool Ac, fully stocked, tons of beds and space, lots of room to spread out, washing mashing, lift to the top, modern and clean. Great communication.

This is a very large and clean apartment in a great central location but not really a palace as advertised. There is artwork from 6th graders framed on the walls and bathrooms are small with weak showers.The host communication and check in and check out were great- no problems there.Apartment lacked dryer as advertised so we were stuck with wet towels for 3 days. Bsic amenities such as salt, coffee, milk and bottled water- just a small amount to make one feel welcome were lacking. Comfortable and convenistay but nothing flash and not a palace.

The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to everything and still on a quiet street. This property worked great for a group of 5-7. The location is great...not far from everything, but far enough removed that you don't deal with the crowds. The neighborhood has several good restaurants, bars, a market, and a gelato shop. The host was incredibly nice, informative, and accommodating. Be aware that while there is an elevator, it is very small. Most of us took the 4-flights of steps each time.

Very Roomy Flat

Very large flat given it's in a historical building in Florence. The VRBO description of the interior was as described. The pin for the location was off though and the flat is on the south side of the river so plan an extra 5 min walk for all of the places to see on the north side. There are great little places to eat around the area including a fabulous Gelato place and a great restaurant named Nero.

Felt Like Home!

My four friends and I enjoyed our stay in this spacious, bright, clean apartment. The location is a quiet neighborhood with restaurants, bakeries, and the best gelato in Florence. It is a short walk to everything. The apartment has very comfortable beds, pillows and soft linen. The kitchen is lovely as are the bathrooms. Our host was responsive to our questions. If you’re lucky enough to book a stay here you won’t be disappointed.
