La Villa Jasmine est située sur un terrain en pente douce surplombant la célèbre plage de Kata avec une vue magnifique depuis la piscine à débordement et la zone de bronzage des couchers de soleil sur l'océan Indien et la mer d'Andaman.
La piscine privée, les bains de soleil, la salle à manger et le salon ainsi que la cuisine ouverte se trouvent tous à l'étage supérieur de la villa pour profiter de la vue et des brises rafraîchissantes de la mer d'Andaman. Il y a aussi une pataugeoire pour enfants et lorsque vous allumez le jacuzzi de la piscine, des jets d'eau de la trompe de l'éléphant en pierre dans cette piscine. Les enfants adorent cette fonctionnalité !
La salle à manger est assez grande pour accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes pour un excellent buffet barbecue ! Nous proposons des petits déjeuners GRATUITS, un personnel complet, un concierge et un cuisinier à temps plein, ainsi qu'un transfert aller-retour gratuit depuis l'aéroport en minibus privé de luxe.
Nous proposons également un aller-retour quotidien GRATUIT à Kata Beach en Tuk Tuk personnel à votre convenance.
Les quatre chambres sont situées au rez-de-chaussée, toutes à peu près de la même taille, et chacune a sa propre salle de bain/douche et ses toilettes. Chaque chambre a des portes vitrées ouvrant sur un petit patio.

Everything was great , the service was top and the food very good. Everything was clean and the pool was really outstanding with dream sunset view.The only point which was unleasant is that the road to the sea is unwalkable and dangerous, especially with children so taking the tuk tuk to go to the sea is really the only option.Overall a great stay.

My staff and I are delighted that Salvatore and his family enjoyed their stay in Villa Jasmine. I used to walk down to the beach and take a tuk tuk back. The cost is less than 15 US Dollars for up to 8 people, and is a fun ride.

Amazing Thailand

Villa was perfect, a great place to relax in a homily & quit setting. Staff were excellent always near bye if needed. Khun Noi the manager was ever present with suggestions and solutions to any query. Highly recommend this Villa for a great enjoyable stay.

Relaxing Vacation

The house was very clean. The staff were very good; Always available if you need them, but not overbearing. I am happy that I chose this property. We had a good time.

Perfect in PHUKET

This is a fantastic place to stay. Noi and the ladies are the best. The food was so good, and it was so nice to have a wonderful dinner waiting after a long day out and about. Brian and Noi were very responsive and took care of everything. I would stay here again anytime.

An amazing property with the best staff

We had a great stay at this Villa. The staff were amazingly accommodating and do their best to meet and exceed our requirements. The massages were wonderful and we greatly appreciate the arrangements. The only recommendation we have is the vendor the house manager suggested to assist with our tours and airport transfers. He was very responsive but pricey. We didn't use his service for any excursions.

Awesome place the Serenity and calmness Top Class

Brian's pad is awesome, he has put a lot of thought on the creature comforts and everything was top class. From the moment you wake and grab a cup of coffee and step onto the pool deck, to the moment when the Sun is about to hide and settle in for the night, the atmosphere is just so Calming and de-stressing. We had a terrific stay and the in-house cook is an absolute must have. She cooked some great 5 star meals that were almost restaurant quality if not better. There is large a menu of food you can pick from. The helpers are also polite and are available almost all the time. I would sty do yourself a favour BOOK this place do not pass it by. 5 starts from me.. Ken.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your esteemed establishment, Villa Jasmine, from May 1st till May 5th, 2025, and I am writing to express my satisfaction with the experience.From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome of the staff. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any inquiries set a positive tone for my stay.Our rooms were delightful. It was immaculate, featuring comfortable furnishings and a pleasing décor that made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities provided, such as the around-the-clock staff, personal chef, high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, and infinity pool to name a few, were greatly appreciated and added to the overall comfort.The Villa’s location is another highlight, offering convenient access to the beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Villa Jasmine Experience

This property was well worth staying at rather then a hotel. The privacy and comfort level was above and beyond expectations. The house is well kept and the staff was readily available. Everything could be done right from the house from booking daily excursions to attractions, going to the various beaches or near by towns. If we didn't feel like the beach we had the private pool to relax in. The food that was prepared for us, was literally better than the restaurants. Another perfect stay at Villa Jasmine!

My stay at Villa Jasmine was my third in the past five years. Once again, everything was outstanding! I can't wait to return again. You are in great hands with the staff of the villa. They are extremely caring and make sure every possible need and desire you have is addressed. The Thai meals they cooked were amazing! Also, on our final evening, they arranged a great western style dinner for us - grilling steaks, lobster and prawns poolside. We were consistently well stocked with beverages of our choice - wine, beer, vodka, whiskey and mixers...whatever we asked for, they obtained it and only charged us cost as promised. The activities were also spectacular. The masseuses that Noi arranged to visit the home were very skilled and charged only a fraction of what massages cost in other countries. The nearby golf courses were in amazing shape and the layouts are fun to play. The location of the villa is perfect to be in a central location and have access to activities all over Phuket. The Kata beach area is very nearby - a nice walk or a short ride (and there's a taxi stand just down the street from the villa). The layout of the villa is perfect for a large group given the open living / kitchen /dining area upstairs near the pool and all bedrooms downstairs (each with their own bathroom). A strong and consistent wifi signal can be obtained throughout the entire upstairs and pool area - even with multiple people using devices. Villa Jasmine is absolute paradise!

Absolutely fantastic!

Couldn't have asked for anything more. The villa is in an excellent location and is exceptional, but what really makes it is the staff! The best food we had during our stay and extremely helpful. We had a great time and will most likely return!

Paradise perfection

Our family of 8 stayed at villa jasmin for a week and we were all extremely impressed. The villa itself is spacious and having our own private pool overlooking the ocean was magnificent. Noi, much and tree were amazing, they did everything from cooking fantastic breakfasts, lunches and dinners, to booking all taxis and tours, to making sure the esky was full of song has a d soft drinks. We didn't have to lift a finger. We will most definitely be back!!!

Outstanding

beautifully presented Villa and always clean and tidy. Lots of space for 4 large teenagers and parents. The infinity pool was absolutely divine and always clean, just what you need after a day out while your waiting for your dinner to be cooked by the lovely inhouse cook. We availed ourselves of their offer to shop and cook for us and were never disappointed by the quality ,service or unobtrusive manner of the wonderfull staff. The whole family had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. Getting around for the 6 of us was easy , a mininbus was called for us at any time by the friendly and helpful staff at the villa. It was a shame to leave, but the kids were sending us broke with their shopping!

Amazing!!

Our stay at villa jasmine was absolutely amazing! The villa itself is perched high on a hill with views for miles from the infinity pool! The staff were so welcoming and kind and treated us like royalty for our whole stay! They also cooked the most amazing Thai banquets for us each night..so good that we never even left the villa for dinner! Couldn't recommend villa jasmine enough!! Wish I was still there!!

Great stay

What can we say, truly magnificent! I'm always cynical about what people write in reviews, I tend not to do them as a rule. But trust me the experience that our family has had at Brian's villa has been beyond our expectations and some. 4 late teenage kids, all with different wants , needs and desires. All accommodated for by Brian's team! So let me explain, Khun Noi the Manager, she just sorted anything and everything what we wanted out. Boat trips, rides on elephants, meals in posh restaurants, taxis, tut tuts, Thai massages etc etc. Nok Noi, the live in house keeper and cook, fantastic. We want breakfast a 6am, no problem, at 10am, no problem, can you get a taxi, no problem. Evening meal, 6, or 7 or 8pm , not a problem. Pack lunches, not a problem. Dry cleaning sorted. But the food, the quality and the value, superb. 6 Adults, two weeks, breakfast, evening meals, all our drinks(beers, soft drinks etc), snacks(consumed at late teenage levels!), purchased by Kun Noi daily then prepared, cooked and served etc all for ?400.00 . This meant we wasted no time during our holidays shopping and cooking etc. that said our Daughter had several Thai cooking lesions and had come away knowing how to make Thai fish cakes, satay sauce etc. As for the villa, well it is seasoned and settled in an established area. It felt real, everything as spotlessly clean etc. it was exactly as described. Would We recommend it, you bet! Would be go back, no question. If you are thinking Of visiting Phuket and staying in a villa, you just have to stay here!

In the years 2000 and 2002 , my wife and I adopted two abandoned baby girls, one from Thailand in 2000 (Yasmin) and one from Cambodia in 2002 (Maia). Both girls were desperately ill when we adopted them and nearly died. My wife and I took them back to our home in Devon, England. I wanted them to have the option when they grew up of living in England or Thailand, so in 2005, I designed and built two superb villas (one each) - Villa Jasmine and Villa Malee - together with full staff and a substitute family led by Khun Noi. Full renovation of both villas carried out in 2022.
