The La Battigia apartment is located right on the beach of Nisportino, a small bay surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, an ideal place for lovers of relaxation but also suitable for those who love a more dynamic holiday with the possibility of trekking within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, rent kayaks for excursions along the coast and practice snorkeling in peace.

The two-room apartment, ca. 40 m2, sleeps 4, is composed of a living room with kitchenette and 2 beds (single bed + pull-out single), double bedroom, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, wifi, air conditioning, equipped with terrace with partial sea view, private parking inside the property. Washing machine and external shower inside the property for common use with the guests of the small structure.
Beach equipment is available to customers (1 umbrella, 1 deckchair, 1 sunbed).

Customers will be entitled to a 10% discount at the La Battigia restaurant/pizzeria, adjacent to the apartments. (the restaurant is open approximately from the end of May to the end of September)
Linen is not provided, neither for the bedroom nor for the bathroom
Pets are not allowed

Cosy appartement at the sea

We spent two weeks in this cosy appartement in a calm and natural environment direct at the sea. The owner Luigi is very friendly, helpful and always available. Nisportino is a wonderful place and we would enjoy to visit it again.

Saubere Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse mit Meerblick, die direkt über dem Restaurant liegt, das man aber nicht hört. Herzliche, hilfsbereite, aber unaufdringliche Gastgeber und sehr freundliches Personal im Restaurant, wo man auch Pizza zum Mitnehmen holen kann. Der Ort ist sehr abgeschieden, außer dem Restaurant ist nichts los. Wer es ruhig mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Sehr schöne Wanderwege, die Bucht ideal zum Schnorcheln, der Strand eine Mischung aus Sand und Kies und ohne Liegestuhlreihen. Überwiegend in italienischer Hand, Kommunikation hauptsächlich auf Italienisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Super Wohlgefühlt !!!

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir herzlich vom Gastgeber Luigi empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Die Außenanlage war gepflegt und man konnte sich draußen mit dem tollen Ausblick gut entspannen. Wir hatten direkten Zugang zum Strand. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden. Es ist auf jeden Fall eine Wiederholung wert.

Absolute Ruhelage direkt am Strand in einer winzigen Ortschaft weit ab vom Massentourismus. Das Restaurant direkt unter dem Apartment war geruchs- und lärmtechnisch nicht wirklich störend, dafür aber ein echtes Highlight in kulinarischer Hinsicht. Keine Ahnung, wo der Koch sein Handwerk gelernt hat, er verdient mindestens eine Haube. Ein Wahnsinn! Lärmempfindliche Personen könnten das Surren der Lüftung des Restaurants eventuell hören. Das Meer rauscht aber meist lauter! relativrelativ.

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub direkt am Meer

Sehr nette Vermieter und eine schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand in einer kleinen Bucht. Ideal für Kinder. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und wenn man keine Lust zu kochen hat, gibt ed ein wunderbares Restaurant direkt am Strand. Sehr gutes Essen und super nettes Personal.

Einfache saubere Fewo direkt am Naturstrand

Wir haben Anfang Juli eine sehr erholsame Woche bei Luigi in Nisportino verbracht. Luigi war stets bemüht, dass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Die Wohnung ist schlicht aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bad ist einfach und sehr sauber, die Dusche mit ausreichend Druck. Stauraum im Schlafzimmer ist genug vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet.Als Kaffeemaschine ist eine ital. Espressomaschine vorhanden. Einen Toaster gibt es nicht. Die Gläserauswahl ist eher gering, es gab lediglich Wassergläser, Sekt- oder Weingläser fehlten komplett, aber sich 2 Gläser unten in der Bar auszuborgen war kein Problem. Der Kühlschrank hat ein großes Gefrierfach was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die große Terrasse mit Meerblick ist den ganzen Tag über beschattet und für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgt eine leise und gut regulierbare Klimaanlage. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehören eine Liege, ein Liegestuhl und ein Sonnenschirm die man an den Strand mitnehmen kann. Ein Parkplatz ist im abgetrennten Privatbereich vorhanden. Dort steht auch eine sehr saubere Waschmaschine und eine Süßwasserdusche zur Verfügung. Im direkt unter der Wohnung liegenden Restaurant La Battigia kann man bei Thomas sehr lecker essen. Für Hausgäste gibt es dort 10% Rabatt. Unschlagbar war auf jeden Fall der tägliche Sonnenuntergang von Terrasse des Restaurants aus. Wir können die Wohnung für einen erholsamen Strandurlaub abseits der Touristenorte sehr empfehlen

L'appartamento e la posizione corrispondono all'offerta. Location perfetta come desideravamo. Casa pulita, accogliente con mobili e accessori in perfetto stato. Vicini tranquillissimi e silenziosi, proprietario gentile, disponibile e simpatico. La spiaggia è veramente vicinissima e la si vede in tutta la sua beltà anche dal terrazzo della casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!! Questa casa direttamente sul mare e perfetta x una vacanza all'isegna della comodita' e totale relax...il proprietario sig.Luigi (che calorosamente salutiamo) e la moglie si distinguono x cortdialita' simpatia e disponibilita' . Anche se la spiaggia non e tra le migliori dellìElba (spiaggia di ciotoli) e compensata da tutto il resto compreso ristorante vicino alla casa di qualita eccellente e prezzi alla portata. Meraviglioso!!! ..un angolo di paradiso..

Semplicemente un angolo di paradiso!!! Difficile aver la fortuna in Italia di poter vivere il mare in questo modo... Addormentarsi la sera SOLO con il rumore del mare, e svegliarsi al mattino allo stesso modo, credo non abbia davvero prezzo. Colazione in terrazza con vista sulla spiaggia ancora deserta, questi sono per me e la mia famiglia stati momenti indimenticabili. L'appartamento era piccolo ma molto carino, moderno, con tutti i confort e soprattutto pulito. La location é l'ideale per chi vuole vivere il mare (la spiaggia é mista a ciottoli) in pieno relax con la comodità di scendere le scale (io ero al primo piano) ed essere già in spiaggia. Luigi invece é un ospite molto gentile, sempre disponibile e pronto a darti ottimi consigli. ...e dopo una giornata di mare... aperitivo al tramonto nel bar ristorante della spiaggia, impareggiabile. Cercavo una vacanza da fare in pieno relax con la mia famiglia, vivendo il mare nella maniera più comoda possibile (avendo una bimba di soli 9 mesi). Non avrei potuto trovare di meglio. Luigi, torneremo presto!
