Rural villa in the center of the Netherlands

The villa lies on a big plot from 2000m2 with a very nice garden and several terraces where you can enjoy the view from the nice meadows with cows or sheeps and also a big garage for 2 cars.

The villa have a big livingroom from 70m2 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a comfortable kitchen, if you come with 8 persons or more you get also the added apartement with 1 bedroom en a bathroom ensuite. a baby does not count for a person.
If you come with 7 persons or less and you want 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you also can rent the added apartment for €80,00 a night.
There is also a covered terrace and a playground for the children.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm. The surroundings are beautiful! The farm is close to grocery stores and about 45 minutes from Schiphol. They had bikes we could ride as well, so we did a very nice bike ride to Montfoort and from there on the other side of the river to Oudewater. So beautiful! The house is nice and roomy and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Es war alles super.Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Die Ausstattung ist echt gut und man hat viel Platz als Familie.Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist der Spielbereich außen auch absolut Topp.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt,sehr sauber und alles mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Die Gastgeber sind ganz liebe Menschen,man merkt das sie mit Herzblut diese Unterkunft und den Garten Pflegen.Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden,sollten wir wieder in der Gegend sein,dann wissen wir wo wir Buchen:-)

Just Like Home

We stayed here for eight days in October with two couples, both 60+. Everything about the villa was as advertised and more. Especially the living and dining rooms are large and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the beds very comfortable, all the amenities excellent, and the hosts were always available and kind and helpful. Montfoort is centrally located and it was wonderful after a busy day of sightseeing to come “home” and not have to unpack but just relax. Highly recommended for families with younger and older children or couples of any age. We hope to return and enjoy more gezelligheid!

Perfect in Every Way

House and garden are both well kept and beautiful. The owners were very accommodating. Living nearby made it convenient for helping out when needed. We highly recommend.

Beautiful environment

Our family enjoyed the beautiful house and the gardens where we hosted an extended family celebration. The owners were super helpful and accommodating! We recommend this house to everyone looking for a first class vacation!

We got there late because of flight delay and we where not able find anything to eat after 21:30 had to wait tel next morning I mean in local area no restaurant or takeaway or any grocery.

Great location, great house

Five of us flew from the US for a family wedding, and this was a great place for our stay. It is centrally located, near some excellent restaurants, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Highly recommend it.

Great week in Montfoort residence

This is a very well appointed, comfortable and well centrally located property suitable for either as a seperate one bedroom self contained unit or combined with a larger 3 bedroom accomodation. Great host always ready to help out quickly with any issue that may arise. Close by are shop essentials/ supermarkets and fuel station and you’re about 40 minutes drive from Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Lots of little towns and thing's to explore nearby We fully enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend. Five stars from us.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in der Natur

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus rundum zufrieden. Wir hatte mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Jugendlichen genügend Platz und die Ausstattung war toll ! Der Garten ist ein Traum und lädt zum entspannen ein nach einem Besuch in den vielen schönen angrenzenden Städten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😍

Mooi huis in mooie omgeving.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad tgv 60e verjaardag in dit huis. Goed uitgeruste keuken, fijne bedden en heel veel ruimte. En alles schoon en netjes. Kan het aanbevelen.

Dream vacation house

The house is perfect for a family getaway. The house is so cosy, internal facilities are complete and the beautiful, clean surrounding is a major plus point. You can also use the bikes to ride to nearby town of Oudewater or Montfoort. The hosts, Ans & Luuk, are very friendly and responsive to any query.
