The villa is spread over 2 floors and has a rooftop terrace with superb panoramic views, a summer kitchen and a jacuzzi. Villa Amelie has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Villa Amelie is ideally exposed to the west, which makes it very bright and offers incredible sunsets.

*** Payment of tourist taxes and refundable damage deposit are due on arrival directly with the villa host, as well as acceptance of the villa house rules in the rental agreement. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out***
**** Late check-in fees due to pay on arrival with the villa host: from 08pm to midnight or Sundays (any time), the additional fee will be 70€ and after midnight, the additional fee will be 110€****

The owners of Utopia Villas have lived and travelled abroad for long periods of time and have a strong understanding of the expectations of the international traveller. They are passionate about Sitges and the experience visitors have while staying at their villas in Sitges.
Both owners have lived in Sitges for many years and as owners of rental villas themselves they are dedicated to ensuring that both the villa and the services provided allow you to make the most of your stay in Sitges.
