Luxurious villa with spectacular Seaview, Airco and private Infinity pool

This spacious design villa was build in 2006 and is in perfect condition. The view is spectacular, 180 degrees view of Sitges and the sea. Every room is the house is looking great, with a lot of attention to detail. The villa has 4 bedrooms, of which 3 bedrooms are overlooking the pool. The 4th bedroom, the master bedroom is on the first floor and also has a great view. All bedrooms have airconditioning, wifi cable, kingsize beds and big build in closets. There are 3 bathrooms of which 2 with bath. There are are several terraces and a lounge area with couches near the infinity pool.The TV room has a big TV, with national and international channels and a Playstation 3. The living room has 5 meter high windows and has a view of Sitges and the sea. The house has fast internet (Fibra) and a kitchen with every appliance that you can imagine. Also a nespresso machine. The house is located in a beautiful residential area (Vallpineda) and is located near the center of Sitges. The residential area is a gated community with parking space in front of the house.
A fantastic tennis / paddle tennis center with a fully equipped gym and an Olympic size swimming pool is 300 meters away from the house. Sitges regularly has very nice events and festivities. It is known for the film festival in October (mini-Cannes), the Gourmet weekend in the same month, Carnival in February, The Barcelona to Sitges Vintage car rally in March and of course the Fiesta Mayor in August. Then the beautiful historic center of life is bustling. The town has its own character and also a beautiful hinterland, with the Pinedes wine valley and the Garaf nature park on a half hour drive. Barcelona is very easy to reach and the airport is a 20-minute drive away. Together with the wonderful climate Sitges offers everything for an ideal holiday. The villa is located near the center of Sitges and is only 2 to 3 minutes drive from the beach. The district Vallpineda, where the villa is located, is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Sitges and wonderfully quiet.
In case of a late check in after 20.00, 40.00 euros will be due. You will be met by our contact person who welcomes you and explains everything. She is also your point of contact for questions during the stay. The cleaning costs are 200,00 euro to be paid cash upon arrival.

Absolutely perfect!

This was our second stay at the villa and it was excellent in every way! The view is even better than the pictures and the pool is divine. Madelene, the house manager, was also incredibly helpful and made the stay that much better. We’ll definitely be back!

Joyful villa in superb location.

The awesome villa with inspiring design features was the perfect accommodation for an intergenerational get together. Most memorable was the delightful pool, edged with trees and the outdoor terrace which afforded panoramic views of Sitges. The joyful villa was the perfect base for an unforgettable family holiday.

First time in Stiges , the house was spectacular especially the pool.. It had everything needed for stay and Madelene gave us some great recommendations for bars and restaurants. Would say that you will need a car to make the most of the area and your stay.

Fantastic location & view

We loved our stay at the property. The views from the outdoor dining were amazing. Kids spent countless hours in the pool after day trekking around Barcelona and the area. Was handy to drive into metro/Barcelona or dive/walk down to the beach in Sitges or visit the nearby vineyards. Kitchen was well appointed and the bbq great. What a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay

We visited for a short October Half Term break with the kids. The property was fantastic and had everything we needed (Even the weather). Lots of space, amazing views and a pool to die for. Madelene who met us at the property was super helpful and also provided us with some top restaurant reccomendations. We will definitely visit again *****

Exceeded all expectations!

Monique’s property exceeded all expectations! The view was beyond words. The house was sparkling clean with very comfortable furniture and beds. And the location was super close to town, but far enough to be peaceful and serene. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful villa

Stayed for a short break. Beautiful villa, accurately represented by pictures. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and housekeeper was very helpful. We didn’t take a car but it was easy to get around using bus or taxi. We did walk down into Sitges but not back as uphill all the way but did make for excellent views.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house, the views are incredible, the pool was amazing, the house has everything you need for a luxurious stay in sitges. It is quite a walk back up to the house from Sitges centre, but you can usually hail a taxi or call one.

Lovely villa - perfect getaway - amazing views!

We had a lovely week with 3 kids from 11-15. Who basically just loved the pool and the fact their rooms were just steps away. Check in was fast and easy and all information we needed during the week was easily communicated via whatsapp. Only comment would be, if you need a taxi on a Saturday or Sunday, you need to book it. Great villa & so peaceful too.

Perfect family holiday

The house was absolutely fantastic! Lovely view from the terrace, lots of space both outside and inside, short distance to cozy Sitges (we took the bus which has a stop a few meters from the house). We spent many hours in the pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not want to leave, so hopefully we will be back asap.

Well appointed with everything we needed for friends and family after my daughters wonderful wedding in Olivella. Owner very responsive. Would recommend. 25 minute walk to centre of Sitges and easy to get a taxi back up the hill. We had a car but not essential apart from big supermarket shop

Amazing place and can highly recommend. Our family stayed there for a week and we had a great time. One small item that's misleading - the place is not fully air conditioned. In the TV room there is no AC and it's unbearably hot, even in the evening. Makes the room unusable. The main living room also has no AC, but it's better, as there's a large sliding door to let air in. But overall I can highly recommend the place. Super clean, wonderful local contact Maria is super helpful and everything you need is there - particularly in the kitchen.

Eligant comfortable home with amazing views.

This is the second time we have rented the house in Sitges. Its a lovely home , done up with a lot of taste. The house is very spacious lovely views. Its well situated and easy to get to the very nice village if Sitges and going inot Barcelona is only 40 minutes. The owners are very pleasant to work with and everything was well organized and professional. We will rent again for sure.

Beautiful In Every Way

Monique's home is absolutely stunning...from the views, to the property and landscaping to the tastefully decorated interior. This home is everything that is promised and more, close to all amenities including restaurants, grocery and of course the beach. Most of all we felt welcome and were extremely comfortable, as if we were in our own home. Madeline lives locally and was very flexible to assist us with our late arrival, she is absolutely delightful!

What you see is what you get!!

We are used to spend our holidays in Hotels but we found this beautiful property and booked it for one week. It was the best idea ever pure luxury, private pool, dream terrace with spectacular surrounding view over Sitges and the Sea, big kitchen, private garage. Local support is excellent we missed nothing. Thx a million Monique and Madelene.

Wonderful pool area and terrace

We were 5 friends celebrating our 40 year old birthday together. We had a great stay. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Great beds and showers. Good space for everybody. Beautiful terrace were we had breakfast and even used for yoga practice. We did not have a car, but strolled to town when needed it took us 30 minutes and took a taxi back to the house. Sitges was very nice. We would love to come back sometime. Can only be recomended.

Wonderful week in Sitges

We passed a wonderful week in Sitges. The villa was spectacular!!! What a view!!!! We were 6 adults staying at the villa and there was tons of room. Communication with Monique and Madelene was easy and Madelene was super helpful and so pleasant to deal with. We didn’t have a car which wasn’t a problem. We walked into town every day and would take a taxi back to the villa. We truly had a wonderful week and would definitely rent the villa again when we come back to Sitges.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Maria, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She followed up throughout our stay with thoughtful suggestions for things to do, places to visit, and local experiences – her tips truly enriched our trip.The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were a group of adults and young adult children, and the space suited us perfectly.The view from the house was simply breathtaking – especially from the terrace, where we enjoyed unforgettable dinners together. The pool was another highlight – refreshing, clean, and with the same stunning view.We used the bus to get into the city center several times, which was easy and convenient. But we also loved staying in and cooking at the house – the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.All in all, this was a perfect place to stay – a stunning setting, a truly kind and attentive host, and a home that felt both luxurious and welcoming.

Somos una familia holandesa con tres hijos. Dos de ellos están estudiando en la escuela superior, y el otro va a la secundaria. Compramos esta casa hace 3 años y la visitamos cuantas veces sea posible, dependiendo del trabajo y la escuela.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Queríamos una casa en el área de Barcelona, una ciudad que nos ha enamorado. La distancia de viaje también es perfecta. Hay muchos vuelos (económicos) que le llevan a Barcelona en 2 horas. Después de 20 minutos en coche ya habrá llegado. Además, las conexiones de bus y tren también son estupendas. Nos enamoramos de la casa apenas la vimos: las vistas del mar y de Sitges son impresionantes. El vecindario es tranquilo y está muy cerca del hermosos centro de Sitges. Siempre hay algo que hacer en esta pintoresca ciudad. Los restaurantes acogedores, los bares pequeños, las tiendas, un hermoso bulevar, un centro histórico con la maravillosa iglesia como punto medio. Barcelona está a 30 minutos en coche, y por supuesto, la ciudad ofrece mucho más. Gaudí, el Museo Picasso, el acuario, Barceloneta, las tiendas, el distrito gótico, y mucho más. La casa es excelente, moderna, iluminada, espaciosa y con todas las comodidades. Nosotros amueblamos la casa sin pensar en alquilarla: es solo nuestro estilo y lo disfrutamos mucho. Es un lugar fantástico para pasar las vacaciones.
