Luxurious villa with spectacular Seaview, Airco and private Infinity pool

This spacious design villa was build in 2006 and is in perfect condition. The view is spectacular, 180 degrees view of Sitges and the sea. Every room is the house is looking great, with a lot of attention to detail. The villa has 4 bedrooms, of which 3 bedrooms are overlooking the pool. The 4th bedroom, the master bedroom is on the first floor and also has a great view. All bedrooms have airconditioning, wifi cable, kingsize beds and big build in closets. There are 3 bathrooms of which 2 with bath. There are are several terraces and a lounge area with couches near the infinity pool.The TV room has a big TV, with national and international channels and a Playstation 3. The living room has 5 meter high windows and has a view of Sitges and the sea. The house has fast internet (Fibra) and a kitchen with every appliance that you can imagine. Also a nespresso machine. The house is located in a beautiful residential area (Vallpineda) and is located near the center of Sitges. The residential area is a gated community with parking space in front of the house.
A fantastic tennis / paddle tennis center with a fully equipped gym and an Olympic size swimming pool is 300 meters away from the house. Sitges regularly has very nice events and festivities. It is known for the film festival in October (mini-Cannes), the Gourmet weekend in the same month, Carnival in February, The Barcelona to Sitges Vintage car rally in March and of course the Fiesta Mayor in August. Then the beautiful historic center of life is bustling. The town has its own character and also a beautiful hinterland, with the Pinedes wine valley and the Garaf nature park on a half hour drive. Barcelona is very easy to reach and the airport is a 20-minute drive away. Together with the wonderful climate Sitges offers everything for an ideal holiday. The villa is located near the center of Sitges and is only 2 to 3 minutes drive from the beach. The district Vallpineda, where the villa is located, is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Sitges and wonderfully quiet.
In case of a late check in after 20.00, 40.00 euros will be due. You will be met by our contact person who welcomes you and explains everything. She is also your point of contact for questions during the stay. The cleaning costs are 200,00 euro to be paid cash upon arrival.

Vacaciones a dos pueblos de casa

Viajes exóticos no son opción en época covid, pero la estancia en la casa Muller nos ha permitido cambiar de aire, las vistas sobre el mar, con noche de tormenta electrica incluida, eran espectaculares. Casa preciosa, recepcion excelente...

Espectacular house with amazing views

We rented this wonderful 3 floor house in Sitges to enjoy the Christmas with our family. The house is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. There is plenty space for everyone and we felt like home. We really enjoyed the pool even in winter. The 1st night we walked down to the city center and we took a taxi back (10€). Monique, the owner was very nice and easy to reach. The property manager was very friendly and welcome. Sitges is a nice old village with lots of charm, delicious restaurants, great moda shopping, fantastic beaches and many cultural events around the year. A just 15-20 minutes from the airport but car/taxi and 40 minutes to Barcelona by train. Thank you Monique to make us feel like home in your house!!

Hemos pasado unos días geniales. la casa está tal y como se ve en las fotos, la atención de la propietaria y de la persona que se encarga de ella, ha sido excepcional. Recomiendo a quien esté interesado, que no dude en alquilarla.

Amazing place and can highly recommend. Our family stayed there for a week and we had a great time. One small item that's misleading - the place is not fully air conditioned. In the TV room there is no AC and it's unbearably hot, even in the evening. Makes the room unusable. The main living room also has no AC, but it's better, as there's a large sliding door to let air in. But overall I can highly recommend the place. Super clean, wonderful local contact Maria is super helpful and everything you need is there - particularly in the kitchen.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Maria, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She followed up throughout our stay with thoughtful suggestions for things to do, places to visit, and local experiences – her tips truly enriched our trip.The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were a group of adults and young adult children, and the space suited us perfectly.The view from the house was simply breathtaking – especially from the terrace, where we enjoyed unforgettable dinners together. The pool was another highlight – refreshing, clean, and with the same stunning view.We used the bus to get into the city center several times, which was easy and convenient. But we also loved staying in and cooking at the house – the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.All in all, this was a perfect place to stay – a stunning setting, a truly kind and attentive host, and a home that felt both luxurious and welcoming.

Absolutely perfect!

This was our second stay at the villa and it was excellent in every way! The view is even better than the pictures and the pool is divine. Madelene, the house manager, was also incredibly helpful and made the stay that much better. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely home overlooking sea

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sitges. The vacation home had ample room for our group of seven, including teenagers. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is within walking distance of town but is located on a hill. This provides a stunning view but does mean you have a bit of a steep climb on your return, as others have noted. If you don't have a car, jumping on a bus or hailing a cab is your best bet if you have an armful of groceries. We had no complaints at all! It's a great house in a great city!

Beautiful villa

Well appointed with everything we needed for friends and family after my daughters wonderful wedding in Olivella. Owner very responsive. Would recommend. 25 minute walk to centre of Sitges and easy to get a taxi back up the hill. We had a car but not essential apart from big supermarket shop

First time in Stiges , the house was spectacular especially the pool.. It had everything needed for stay and Madelene gave us some great recommendations for bars and restaurants. Would say that you will need a car to make the most of the area and your stay.

Just what we wanted

We were looking for a property close to Sitges and all it's surroundings has to offer but in a peaceful location. This villa was perfect. Just a twenty minute down hill walk to the centre(a bit longer on the way up) although there is a local bus to make it easier. Set on the hill the villa has amazing views of the town and coast which can be enjoyed almost every room, both terraces and the beautiful pool. It is well furnished, well maintained, and equipped with everything you may need whether you choose to self cater or eat out. Madelene, the hosts contact in Sitges, was charming, welcoming, helpful and available should you need anything. There were no negatives so our stay was perfect.

WOW what a location in beautiful Sitges, Spain!

This house was absolutely amazing! The location on the hill in Sitges with a picturesque view of the water and a great pool was simply awesome! Three adult couples had a wonderful time at this house. Very clean, very equipped with everything you need and VERY responsive owner (Monique) and manager (Madelene)!! The whole process went so very smoothly especially for Americans coming to Spain for their first time! Monique always responded quickly to my emails and provided excellent information on our accommodations and the check-in process. Madelene was super sweet and was always there to help in any way no matter how small the matter was. She too was very responsive. And Ana, the private chef and tour guide that we had was the best! Ana cooked an amazing Spanish meal at the house for our group and it was so so good! She also was our tour guide for Montserrat, Barcelona and a local winery too. This made our trip a great one! We will miss Ana and Madelene for sure! The location of this home is perfect because you are away from the main area of Sitges but just a short bus or cab ride into the main area is very easy to do. We are so glad we stayed in Sitges and commuted to Barcelona by train. It was an easy process and we loved both cities! I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone looking to travel with 3 couples - all private bedrooms and baths for each and there was plenty of room for all of us as well.

Stunning, stunning, stunning.

The house is absolutely awesome. As many have said the pictures do not do it justice. As a party of 6 adults we could have time together by the pool, in the lounge area or eating together. However my sons and I could also have private time in many areas of the house with our respective partners. The views are stunning from the dining terrace but the lower part of the house including by the pool is quite secluded and private despite having neighbours. The communication was excellent at all times as well. I can’t rate it highly enough.

Somos una familia holandesa con tres hijos. Dos de ellos están estudiando en la escuela superior, y el otro va a la secundaria. Compramos esta casa hace 3 años y la visitamos cuantas veces sea posible, dependiendo del trabajo y la escuela.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Queríamos una casa en el área de Barcelona, una ciudad que nos ha enamorado. La distancia de viaje también es perfecta. Hay muchos vuelos (económicos) que le llevan a Barcelona en 2 horas. Después de 20 minutos en coche ya habrá llegado. Además, las conexiones de bus y tren también son estupendas. Nos enamoramos de la casa apenas la vimos: las vistas del mar y de Sitges son impresionantes. El vecindario es tranquilo y está muy cerca del hermosos centro de Sitges. Siempre hay algo que hacer en esta pintoresca ciudad. Los restaurantes acogedores, los bares pequeños, las tiendas, un hermoso bulevar, un centro histórico con la maravillosa iglesia como punto medio. Barcelona está a 30 minutos en coche, y por supuesto, la ciudad ofrece mucho más. Gaudí, el Museo Picasso, el acuario, Barceloneta, las tiendas, el distrito gótico, y mucho más. La casa es excelente, moderna, iluminada, espaciosa y con todas las comodidades. Nosotros amueblamos la casa sin pensar en alquilarla: es solo nuestro estilo y lo disfrutamos mucho. Es un lugar fantástico para pasar las vacaciones.
