Cala d'Or Apartment near the beach, Pools, Roof Terrace Solarium ,A/C, BBQ

This resort of apartments is located at 45 minutes from the airport, in the southeast of Mallorca. The resort has 7 swimming pools, gardens and a private parking. It is ideal for families and couples in need of relax and privacy.
Just a few meters from the resort you will be able to find lots of shops, bars, restaurants amongst other facilities. The famous Marina of Cala d’Or is just a short walk away and the stunning beach of Cala Egos is only at 400 meters.

Our beatiful and sunny apartment C1 has 2 double bedrooms, the main one with a king bed and also space for a baby cot. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and A/C and heating.
The new and modern bathroom with shower, two toilets, WC and bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich, kettle and all basic cooking facilities.
Through the kitchen you will find the utility room which includes a washing machine and iron and iron-board.
The living room has A/C and heating, 43" Smart TV Astra Sat, and direct access to the terrace to enjoy the view of the gardens and pools. From the terrace you will arrive to the Solarium equipped with sunbeds, sun-shadows and a BBQ.
Private Parking
We provide also without extra cost a Cot and high chair if it´s needed.

Our family had a wonderful 10 day stay. It was a lovely big apartment with wonderful pools and easy walking distance to beaches. Manuel was very helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a really lovely visit.

Lovely family holiday

Really enjoyed our stay the apartment and location was perfect for us. The air con was amazing in the heat, and the location was good we could walk to restaurants and different beaches.

Peaceful apartments

Great apt, kitted out well, iron, hairdryer etc. Bbq on the roof terrace. 6 pools to choose ftom. We had a car and this is a great place to explore from. It's 2 minutes to cala egos small resort and 5 minutes walk to the marina. Manuel is a great host and is easily reached.

Check in was met by Miguel within 5 mins of calling him. Very comprehensive show around the apartment and paperwork very thorough and explained Was offered a late check out as our flight wasn’t until 19.40 Apartment new bathroom fab shower, kitchen well Equipped , living room big comfy sofa, smart TV, excellent Wifi connection -2 euros a day , Spanish channels only on TV , plenty of cupboard space in bedroom, big king bed, mattress soft but comfy. Balcony with large table and chairs and a roof terrace with bbq and sunbeds Parking spaces , secure car park with remote to open, very quiet and clean complex, felt very safe , supermarket 5 min walk with a small centre of restaurants and a few shops . Just on the edge of Cala D ‘or with easy access to main roads 45/50 mins from airport. Would book again if in area

Relaxing

Manuel is a perfect host very helpful and spoke very good English, good local restaurants and supermarket nearby, the apartment was in a very quiet location, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Well equipped Kitchen but we did not use as we ate out all the time, easy when you don`t have children. The apartment was spacious but that was because we were only a couple, if there is more than two of you then you would have to share the sunbeds. No sunbeds on the solarium only two chairs and a table so a bit of wasted space though great views. Also, no use of a sunbed round the pool area as they are for private use only. So, thank you Manuel for a great time spent at your apartment, we hope to see you again soon.

Fantastic Base

Very good location - gated apartment complex that was almost oddly quiet. Never more than 3 groups of people in a swimming pool (mostly had one to ourselves). No lifeguards - but pools were up to about 1.4m deep - so was fine for our 6 year old, and can swim in evening which was very good. Apartment was as described - clean and well positioned with amenities. Kitchen had appliances were good (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven/hob), albeit with a slightly odd range of crockery and utensils - thus we only ate in twice over 10 days (+lunches). 200m from supermarket + range of 'cheap' restaurants and entertainment (i.e. 5 min walk). 10 min walk from the main port (more expensive eating options). Would recommend a rental car, as this is a good base for exploring around - plenty of things to go to and see within 30 mins drive. Larger/nicer beaches are 10 mins drive away. We had an issue with one of the A/C units (leaking) - which was resolved by Miguel the same day (involved two workmen being there for 20-30 mins).

Sehr schöne Anlage mit vielen Pools und wenig Menschen. Das Appartment war auch gut. Man muss aber wissen, dass die Anlage kein Neubau ist, sondern schon eige Jahre existiert. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Fussläufig ist der Hafen und Restaurants, Arzt, Apotheke zu erreichen. Ein schöner Urlaub!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war genauso, wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Der große Balkon und vor allem die Dachterrasse sind etwas ganz besonderes. Wir konnten sogar früher kommen und später abreisen. Kommunikation und Checkin/-out haben toll funktioniert. Leider steht die Gebühr für die Endreinigung nicht im Inserat und auch nicht, dass die Zahlungen in Bar geleistet werden soll.

Appartement pratique, chaleureux et bien placé

Appartement bien placé tout près de la Marina. A 15 min à pied d'une petite crique et 30 min des plus belles calanques. Plein de piscines, belle vue depuis les terrasses. C'est vert et calme. Très bon accueil de Manuel et l'appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin..

La Somme du séjour ne correspond pas de correspondait pas du tout a l'annonce Abritel .

Avec le propriétaire on a eu un petit souci car quand on est arrivé.. comme convenu nous avons payé une somme avec Abritel et avec propriétaire c'était une autre somme .donc on a remarqué on a payé 84 € en plus .......le premier jour il nous a dit que c'était comme ça avec son agent espagnol et a la fin du séjour il nous a dit que c'était pour le ménage..... Il nous dit le premier jour une chose et la fin du séjour une autre chose et en plus on avait fait le ménage je ne comprenais rien donc on s'est fait avoir de 84 €

Sehr schönes Appartment in toller Lage

Wir durften hier eine schöne Urlaubszeit verbringen. Das Appartment ist sehr empfehlenswert! Liegt in einer top Anlage, ruhig und mit wunderbaren Ausblicken auf dem Balkon und der Dachterrasse auf Meer und die schöne Anlage. Gerne kommen wir wieder 😀

A little oasis

A lovely apartment found In quality complex, which is a mixture of residences and holiday makers. As such it is not super busy which is lovely unless you are hoping your children will meet others and entertain themselves. The owner was super-helpful and recommended places to visit in Palma before we flew home, all of which were great. Well worth spending time in Palma by the way! Lovely restaurant by the harbour, in particular; Churchill’s for the tapas and the steakhouses for … err, their steaks and burgers. Be warned, the portions in the steakhouse are huge! Great service and great quality.

für uns perfekt

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, außerdem ist die Lage und das Appartment selbst sehr schön. Wir waren im April da, die ersten Tage waren etwas kalt, schade denn die Pools in der Anlage waren sehr einladend. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man schnell wunderbare Ziele erreichen, das Auto parkt man bequem direkt in der Anlage. Aber auch fußläufig sind schöne Buchten zu erreichen. Das Einkaufszentrum ist sehr touristisch, da kann man besser in andere Orte fahren. Aber Santanyi ist ja nicht weit. Klare Empfehlung!
