I do not usually respond to reviews, but I feel it is important to address some points that I believe do not accurately reflect the experience or the care that has gone into maintaining this property over many years. During your stay, I checked in with you on three separate occasions to make sure everything was going well. Each time, your wife told me that everything was perfect and that you were having a lovely holiday. At no point was I made aware of any significant concerns. Regarding the air conditioning, all units were functioning properly before your arrival and continue to do so. After your departure , I asked whether you had experienced any issues with the air conditioning because I noticed that the upstairs units were displaying an error caused by conflicting settings between the indoor units. As I told you this is a known issue that can occur when you set by error one unit to heating mode and another to cooling mode, and the external unit locked and it can be easily resolved by resetting the external unit. Unfortunately, this was never reported during your stay, which meant I had no opportunity to assist. As for the upstairs bathroom sink, the stopper had been damaged by a previous guest, which caused slower drainage than normal, although the water did drain completely. A completely replacement of the sink had already been ordered before your stay but we had to wait for the new one some weeks. Comfort is, of course, subjective, and opinions on mattresses and sleeping arrangements can vary from person to person. I was also surprised by the comments regarding the water kitchen heater you told me after you leave, as it is less than six months old and functions correctly. Any limescale buildup is related to water hardness that you buy in the supermarket rather than the appliance itself. I always strive to provide the best possible experience for my guests and to address any issues promptly when they are brought to my attention. For that reason, I believe it is unfortunate that these concerns were not raised during the stay, when they could have been resolved immediately or at least clarify. Regarding your disparaging comment about the price of the accommodation, if you believe that €150 per night for a three-bedroom holiday home for four adults—including two cleanings and an early check-in—is excessive, then I believe your poor judgment is reflected in the rest of your comments.
