The Jannelias's farm is nested in a calm and very suggestive countryside. Located a few minutes drive from the magnificent beaches of Castelsardo, in a picturesque and rural setting with wonderful colors and authentic flavors. We will welcome you in an intimate and friendly ambiance. You will be able to do some long and relaxing walks, a tennis match with friends or simply relax around the pool.

A wonderful villa ideal for two people. It had everything we needed and Daniele, the host, was always available if needed and gave good local advice on places to visit, beaches etc. The pool was cleaned everyday and bed linen / towels changed during our stay too.A hire car is a must in this location but with the coast on 15mins drive away it is easy to get to the many beaches and local places to visit.A lovely quiet villa to relax and make the most of northern Sardinia.

Quirky little property. But clean, comfortable and a great base to explore the surrounding area. The host, Daniele, was great and visited everyday to check the pool. He was happy to book a couple of restaurants for us. The pool isn’t heated so out of high season it is a little chilly. The properly, along with the neighbouring property, was accessed through electric gates so felt perfectly safe. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting north west Sardinia. Thanks Daniele for a great stay.

We want to go back!!

This accommodation was just the perfect getaway - we were lucky enough to have the swimming pool and tennis court all to ourselves - both well maintained - a real joy! Daniel and Pasquale are extremely attentive and caring - made our stay effortlessly enjoyable and gave us some great ideas for travelling the island (although half the time was spent at the ranch pottering)! Rocco the dog is great fun and is addicted to sausages! I highly recommend Sa Pinetta - it's a hidden gem!

Great place, thoroughly enjoyed it

We were in the 2 bedroom villa. The pool is excellent, a really good size and Daniele keeps it impeccably clean.We really enjoyed using the tennis court each day which even has an umpires chair. Lovely views of the countryside. Husband and daughter hired bikes and loved early morning cycles on the quiet roads. Ate breakfast out on the patio each day. Agroturism was good for dinner, other days castelsardo. Plenty of good beaches within 20- 30 minutes drive

Lovely little bungalow in a beautiful setting with fantastic views

We wanted somewhere quiet, peaceful and off the beaten track and that's exactly what we got. The bungalow and garden were pristine. The bungalow was a great size for two people and had everything we needed. You could lie in the sunshine in the beautiful garden by the pool and then could go under the shade to cool off and eat. Daniele, the host, is very friendly, helpful and hospitable - he gave us lots of suggestions on beaches to visit and places to eat. A well stocked supermarket is less than a 10 minute drive away in Nulvi and Castelsardo, on the coast, is about 25 minutes drive away. We'd happily stay there again and definitely recommend it!

A very beautiful and peaceful place to relax

We have enjoyed our stay at Sa Pinnetta very much. Pasquale and Danielle were very friendly and helpful. Also their lovely dog Rocco has visited us, what we have enjoyed. The pool is nice and has to be shared with only one more holiday house. This place is perfect for everybody who is looking for some quitness to relax. Also a private barbecue-grill is available. The next village is about 6 to 7 km away, means that you have to use your car to go somewhere. The next beach is about 10km away, but very nice and not overcrowded. We can definetly recommend it.

A great holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at Jannelias. Sa Pinnetta was the perfect location for our first family beach holiday and the property is the right size for a family of 3. We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending time in the pool and garden. Daniel and Pasquale made us feel very welcome and they were very attentive and helpful thoughout our holiday. There are beautiful views from the gardens and you can see Corsica on a clear day. This is a great venue, there are lots of lovley local villages and beaches if you don't want to undertake long drives with young children. Having read other reivews, roads were fairly quiet, did get stuck behind the odd flock of sheep though! Our first holiday to Sardinia and we'd love to go back.

Picture postcard perfect !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here . Daniele is an exceptional host . The property was spotless and comfortable . It is situated an easy 20 min drive to beaches ( we would recommend Badesi beach ) . There is a supermarket in nearby Nulvi and many more along the coast . We enjoyed two evenings eating traditional Sardinian food at Monte Entosu( which is just a minute drive away .) and the other evenings we used the garden BBQ and enjoyed the peace and quiet with beautiful sunsets and a sky full of stars . Definitely a place to stay for total relaxation . We would also like to recommend New Kayak - our 2hour jaunt along the river was just gorgeous . Thank you Daniele for offering such a wonderful place to holiday ! It was a pleasure to meet you .

Ideal location to enjoy peace & quiet!

We received a warm welcome from Pasquale and Daniele and both were extremely kind and helpful during our stay. It was a lovely peaceful spot to relax and watch quite a variety of wildlife whilst eating breakfast on the patio - regular visitors were bluetits bathing, swifts swooping over the pool and a woodpecker. We even saw a weasel investigating the barbeque! As nature lovers , this was fantastic! Sa Pinetta is a good place to explore the north of Sardinia and Daniele was very happy to recommend beaches, restaurants, places of interest etc. Daniele generously gave us produce from his garden - the tomatoes were delicious! (Obviously, we were lucky with our timing!) The villa was as described, with a comfortable bed and it was great to have the air-conditioning. Thank you for a very enjoyable holiday!

Wonderful location and very friendly owners

Our first time in Sardinia and what an introduction. We stayed in Sa Pinnetta which was perfect for the 2 of us. It's not luxurious but it had everything we needed. The garden is peaceful with fantastic views and the small pool is perfect for cooling off. Pasquale and his brother, as others have said were always on hand and very friendly. They left us a lovely selection of locally made cakes as a welcoming present when we arrived too. You definitely need a car to get around. Roads are very quiet in June, apparently not so later in the summer. Recommend visits to Bosa, Castelsardo and Alghero as well as the beaches at La Pelosa and Valledoria. We fell in love with the island and will definitely be back as soon as possible.

lovely villa lovely people

We arrived late on the saturday night and we were told to ring when we got to a certain place so that Danial could take us to the villa which was about 10 minutes away. We arrived at the villa and as requested our hosts had bought us eggs ham and bread for the morning and also a complimentary bottle of wine. The next few days the weather was beautiful and we didnt go very far but in the week we decided to visit other places our hosts were very helpful and attentive and also booked us into the most wonderful local restaurant for our last meal on the Friday night. The villa is well equiped and very private if you want a peaceful relaxing quite stay this is the place for you. There is another villa behind this one but no one was there so it was bliss. We will be going back next year and have already requested a date for our holiday. I would recommend this for your stay in Sardinia there is so much to see and beautiful places to visit the coast line and countryside is amazing, although where we were, it is remote that is want we wanted. Our hosts were brilliant there when we needed them but not if we didnt Great stay

Sehr schön. Danielle ist sehr nett. Wir wurden von ihm herzlich mit Wein und leckeren Gebäcken empfangen. Es war alles wunderschön. Nur das Bett fanden wir zu weich und die Bettlaken war etwas zu klein und ist nie am Platz geblieben.Aber das hätten wir ihm sagen können und er hätte bestimmt eine Lösung gefunden.

Das Haus war genauso wie in der Online Anzeige angegeben. Daniele hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und kümmert sich sehr darum dass der Gast zufrieden ist. Es gab nichts auszusetzen und die Location ist ein Traum. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Ferienhäuschen!

Wir hatten eine so schöne und erholsame Zeit! Daniele kümmert sich wirklich um alles, ist hilfsbereit und erklärt einem alles und gibt tolle Tipps für Strände, Restaurants etc. Er ist jeden Morgen da, um den Pool zu reinigen und nach dem Rechten zu schauen, dabei aber so unauffällig, dass wir es manchmal gar nicht mitbekommen haben, dass er da war. Er gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu gestalten. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und der Fotos. Sehr sauber und toll gepflegt - man sieht, dass Daniele hier wirklich sein Herz reinsteckt! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee etc. Und die Krönung ist natürlich der Pool, der gerade an heißen Tagen eine tolle Abkühlung für uns war. Das Häuschen ist etwas abgelegen, daher ist ein Auto dringend zu empfehlen. Dafür hat man aber seine Ruhe und gleichzeitig einen wirklich tollen Ausblick. Supermärkte, Käserei/Metzgerei gibt es in Nulvi. Der Ort ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zu den nächsten Stränden sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten. Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien und mit dieser Ferienwohnung hätte unser Einstieg gar nicht besser sein können! Vielen lieben Dank Daniele! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Erholung in Nulvi

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub den wir verbringen durften. Daniele hat uns Restaurants sowie Strände empfohlen. Es gab auch eine kleine Willkommens Aufmerksamkeit. Daniele war jeden Tag da und hat sich um den Pool gekümmert. Die Beschreibung des Objekts ist komplett es hat uns an nicht gefehlt. Nur ein Fahrzeug ist erforderlich, dafür hat man die absolute Ruhe. Gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus bei Nulvi, Daniele

Meine Frau und ich waren im kleineren der beiden Häuser untergebracht. Für zwei Personen ideal. Alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und praktisch. Daniele, der Vermieter, ist jeden Morgen vor Ort und reinigt den wunderschönen Pool. Er ist sehr freundlich und immer für gute Tipps und Fragen offen. Die ganze Anlage ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub, um zu relaxen aber auch die Umgebung zu erkunden. Von uns die volle Punktzahl dafür. Vielen lieben Dank Daniele!! Uli und Stephan

ruhige Oase in Sardinien

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Was wir angetroffen haben, entspricht genau der Beschreibung, was uns sehr gut gepasst hat ist der grosse Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach die Waschmaschien und Klimaanlage. Es ist alles sehr sauber der Pool und der Garten werden von Daniele regelmässig gereinigt und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde von uns täglich zur abkühlung genutzt, einfach grandios. Rundum war alles perfekt und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Daniele der uns zur Begrüssung mit Sardischem Wein empfangen hat. Wir haben bei Daniele drei traumhafte Wochen genossen. Die Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Gemeinschaftsfelsen darf mann sicherlich auch erwähnen mit blick bis Korsika. Daniele, vielen Dank für dein Angagement bei der Organisation der Ausflüge. Mann kan Daniele für Tips fragen und er Organisiert einem die Wünsche die man erleben möchte. Wir werden uns wieder sehen.

Bei unserer Ankunft, gegen Mittag, wurden wir schon von Daniele begrüßt. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen optimal, sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand (so wie es auf den Fotos im Inserat aussieht,ist es auch). Daniele hat jeden 2. Tag nach dem rechten geschaut und den Pool gereinigt, außerdem hatte er gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Alles in einem hatten wir 10 wunderschöne Tage dort. Grazie Daniele

Tolles Ferienhäuschen

Daniel unser Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Trotz später Ankunft hat er uns sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus mit Pool liegt sehr ruhig und man kann sich super entspannen. Traumhafter schöner Urlaub!!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären am liebten noch länger geblieben! :) Daniele ist ein hervorragender, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber! Zur Begrüßung gab es leckeres, einheimisches Gebäck und eine Flasche Wein. Zudem haben wir sehr gute Tipps für Strände, Restaurants und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung bekommen. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen von Daniele gereinigt und er war bei Fragen immer gut für uns zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und war sauber und ordentlich. Sogar eine Waschmaschine, ein Grill und ein Tennisplatz waren vorhanden. Es befindet sich in schöner, ruhiger, ländlicher Lage auf einer Anhöhe und die Sonne geht direkt über der Terrasse auf. Auf dem Grundstück befindet ein weiteres Ferienhaus, was und jedoch nicht gestört hat, da die Häuser so gelegen sind, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Wir haben jedenfalls nichts von den anderen Gästen mitbekommen. Der Pool ist ausreichend tief zum Schwimmen und gut temperiert. Die nächsten Orte, Strände und Einkaufsläden waren mit dem Auto maximal 20 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt, kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes perfekt. Daniele ist der geborene Gastgeber: aufmerksam, äusserst freundlich, beflissen, diskret, verlässlich, kommunikativ. Lage von Haus und Garten perfekt. Ruhig, wunderschön angelegter Garten und bei grosser Hitze viel kühler und somit viel angenehmer als in Meeresnähe. Fazit: ein toller Ort für erholsame Ferientage.
